This property is right in the middle of everything you need to have a great weekend. The entire downtown area is within walking distance. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The property manager is really nice and was willing to give us advice on where to eat and what to do.

We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We came down for the tree lighting. It was so crowded and no parking at all but we were able to walk to and from within minutes. We shopped and ate off the square. Cozy home with all we needed. Go see a lay of you can at The Palace!

Charming carriage house converted to small apartment. Located a block and a half off the main square near many shops and restaurants. Very nice owner who greeted us when we got there. Would highly recommend.

Very clean 1 BR cottage with an attentive owner. This cottage scores high points for being extremely well maintained, and nicely equipped. Full cable tv (via YouTube tv), high quality internet service, and whisper quiet split ductless heat/AC make this unit a very comfortable place to stay. There aren’t really any features that the owner hasn't considered. Real hardwood flooring is a nice touch and unusual to find in a rental. What keeps the unit from being 5 stars, in my view. The Kitchen is a bit dated looking, with old fashioned white appliances, and the bathroom (while extremely clean and well done) is equipped with the standard Home Depot type fittings. Functional, but not the higher quality level you would expect to see in top rated rentals. A TV in the bedroom would also be an improvement. Overall, a very comfortable cottage that I would visit again, if it is available.

The property was very cozy and exactly as advertised. I felt welcomed and taking care of from start. The location was spectacular for walking in town and enjoying the charm of the area. If you are going to Georgetown I would absolutely recommend it!

This property is very clean and cozy and just a block or so from downtown Georgetown. The downtown Georgetown atmosphere is laid back and inviting to just walk around and shop, grab a drink or something great to eat.

Property owners are onsite, and they are fantastic, really nice and accommodating people. This is a historical home that has been fully updated. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. And truly within a very short walking distance to the super nice downtown square.

We were so lucky to find this place and stay here! Had everything we needed and even in record breaking heat, we stayed cool! Well equipped kitchen, great linens, sparkling clean, SO close to the square, great neighborhood, very responsive owner, perfect for 2 and comfy when we had family over for drinks. Great patio area too, if it hadn’t been so hot. Such a relaxing stay. Great find, we certainly hope to be back!!!

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. This place was perfect for two people. Walking distance to may restaurants and things to see. The area of town is quiet and very homelike. A must stay to just get away and relax.

Everything about my stay at the Carriage House was exceptional. Perfect hosts who were delightful through the booking process, to personal check-in right through to check out. You know that you have had a great experience when it’s sad to leave. Comfort plus! Meticulous throughout. Cozy and inviting. And, I haven’t even got to the location. The Carriage House is located within the lovely historic town to Georgetown, TX with wonderful shops and eateries. Minutes away from I-35 and other major highways, yet tucked into this sweet town where where the atmosphere is relaxed and homey. Thank you, dear hosts, for a wonderful stay. Hope to return someday. The house was wonderful, cozy, comfortable and the owner was 30 steps away when we needed dishwasher soap. The two block walk to the town square with restaurants, shopping, wine tasting room and THREE ice cream stores was too good to be true. Lawrence (the owner) met us at the property, instructed us on the appliances and made us welcome. There are two more units (a one bdrm and a two bdrm) on the property which would be a great group gathering place in a wonderful town.

This is a cute little spot right near downtown restaurants and shops. We walked to our destinations most times. Perfect size for a happy couple.

The property was perfect for my husband and me. We'll equipped, nicely furnished and squeaky clean. It's 2 blocks from the town Square where there are multiple dining and entertainment options. We visited multiple small venue music events, enjoyed a local play at the Threatre, walked to Lake Georgetown, enjoyed a massage and more all without getting in the car. The carriage house is well equipped (we stayed 6 weeks) the space is small but perfect for us. Also, Lawrence was easy to get ahold of and provide great information (such as notifying us a hail storm was predicted and where a covered garaged was located that we could park in for free).

I had a fantastic stay! The house was so cute and well maintained. I was lucky enough that it was market day and it was so closely located I could have just walked. The owner was so nice and helpful- the house was set up with most everything a traveling guest would need. Only recommendation is that the shower head might need a little help.

We just left this property yesterday, stayed 3 nights. So clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the outside patio for sitting and visiting with family . Great place for 1 or 2 people, convenient to everything, park in drive way. many places within easy walking distance, restaurants, shopping. Thank You Lawrence for a wonderful vacation stay. Will definitely stay again when in Georgetown. I recommend it highly!!!!

Great for a couple getting away and want some some close shopping and bustling town square shops, wine, and night life as well. Walking distance to lots of fun things. Or close enough to I 35 to get up and down to many other places fast. Owners were great people ready to help in sec if we needed anything. Would go back any time.

The property is so close to the square and it is absolutely adorable but the bed is hard and sound like you are laying on plastic bottle every time you move. Very loud. Had to get an egg crate pad and fold in half and if I moved the noise would wake me up. If the bed had been decent the stay would have been perfect.
