Located in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $238 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Level 1/Bedroom 1: King Bed Level 2/Master: King Bed Level 2/Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Queen Bed (2 Queens) Level 2/Bonus Room: Pull Out Full Size Futon (sheets in Queen BR closet) Come for the first time or return again to Navarre Beach , and enjoy its signature; uncrowded beaches and sugar-like, white sands. This large townhouse offers an unobstructed Gulf of Mexico view from the front and a Santa Rosa Sound sunset view from the rear. 'Sea Breeze' is immaculately clean and fresh and is professionally decorated with quality furnishings, supplies, and linens. Less than 250 feet from the beach, Sea Breeze is directly across Gulf Boulevard from a public beach access. Balconies off each room extend the coastal view even more. A great family vacation awaits you in Florida's best kept secret- Navarre Beach. Sea Breeze's 2200 square feet features three plus bedrooms and three baths on three levels. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus a large dressing area and master bath suite with jetted tub. A second bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed. The third bedroom is designed as a family sleeping room with two queen-size beds. A full size bed convertible futon is in the bonus room. Bedding supplies for the futon are located in the Queen BR closet. All combined, Sea Breeze can sleep eight people comfortably. Maximum occupancy is 10. The ground level offers an enclosed, two-car, tantalum garage (one behind the other) for easy access and security. 2 parking spaces are available outside near the foyer entry. Extra car or boat and trailer parking is 150 feet nearby at the corner of Indiana Street and White Sands Blvd. The entry foyer is a great place to store beach toys and towels. The main living area is one level up and features a great room (kitchen, family room, plus dining) with a great view of the Gulf. One of the Queen bedrooms and a bath is on this floor. Seabreeze Stay
We had a really awesome time at Seabreeze. I loved the fact it was equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, ping pong table and corn hole. There was also buckets and shovels for smaller kids. The garage was a nice hang out in the evening and a great place to workout in. I also enjoyed one of the bikes that were there. There was both a gas and charcoal grills which was great for grilling hamburgers. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook with. The whole unit was very clean upon our arrival. We were very excited that we just had to walk across the street to the beach as there was an access point. We will definitely keep Seabreeze on our list for our next visit.

Weekend Cheer Competition
Our mom/daughter cheer competition brought us to Navarre and we loved the location of the condo. There was plenty of room of all of us an easy beach access right across the street. Unfortunately it rained during most of our trip but the downstairs ping pong table and rec room saved the day! This condo has all the extras you may need... beach chairs, board games, TVs in every room and plenty of hot water, with 4 girls and 3 moms getting ready at the same time this was great!

This was a second stay & everything was awesome once again. The house has been updated, with new paint & furniture, since we were there in Nov 2020. Location is wonderful, enough room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved the pingpong table & other games in the garage. Great place!

Excellent Townhouse- With Excellent Owners
I cant say enough great things about this place. From the owners to the place itself- We had a fantastic time at this beach house for the 3rd time!! This townhouse is just steps to the beach! We all absolutely had a blast! The townhouse was absolutely perfect and very spacious. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do as well- ping pong, darts, bikes and bags. We would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for allowing us to use your townhouse and helping make our vacation one to remember.

We enjoyed the house and the beach was spectacular!! The house was perfect for my family with three kids as well as my friends family with her three kids! We wish there was a pool since the ocean was cold but I would be willing to stay there again :) Tom was great and always responded fast to any questions I had!

Exceeded Expectations
I went with a group of friends on spring break. We were amazed with how nice and clean it was! There wasn’t a speck of sand in the house, which I’ve found is unusual for beach houses. The house had any toy or activity you could’ve wanted on the beach including corn hole, wake boards, and boogie boards. The master bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable and the other bedrooms were equally comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and had any pot, pan, or utensil you could’ve needed with a grill in the garage. The owner made sure we were able to check in successfully and were happy and comfortable during our stay. He even went above and beyond and gave us restaurant suggestions when I asked. We had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful experience!
The property was perfect with everything you could possibly need. Hurricane Michael ran us out early, but we plan on going back again soon. Tom was great to work with. I highly recommend it!

This is a great place to stay!
The house is in a great location. The ocean is visible from the front of the house and the gulf from the back! The beach access is great! We saw dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and fish. There was a beautiful sunrise and sunset every day.

We had a blast on the beach. The men took a day and went deep sea fishing while the kids stayed at the beach. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The owner was great and the place was set up for family fun.

A beautiful beach house with a great location!
My family and I had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated beach house. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and 4 grandkids. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom and also their own balcony to enjoy! The owner, Tom, has made every effort to accommodate any need you may have while staying here. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook some great meals. There is beach chairs, ping pong table, a grill, games, and beach toys for the kids. There really is no need to bring much of anything with you because it’s all there waiting on you. The bottom floor is a garage, which is so great to have to just bring your things in from the beach and drop off. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a nice holiday at the beach
We had a wonderful time at Navarre. The house is great!! Big sleeping rooms, each has an own bathroom, big kitchen and much equipment especially for familys with kids. The beach is near and there are two parking spaces for the car. Running wifi. The tenant ist very friendly and answers quickly. If we come back we will request this house again.

PS: The only thing you have to know: Think about washing-up and clothes-cleaning, this was not in the house.

A great family property!
We stayed at SeaBreeze over the 2016 Labor Day weekend. We just missed Hurricane Hermine by hours. The property is immaculate and across the street from the beach. Due to the hurricane the Gulf was rough but so convenient for early morning walks. The house was clean and ideal for our family reunion. We had three bedrooms, each with a balcony. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. The family room was ideal for gatherings, morning coffee and breakfast, and dinners. The kitchen had everything you could need. The place worked perfect for our weekend and I'd stay there anytime I vacationed in the Pensacola area. A great family property.

Best of the Best
Tom and his family have provided a wonderful home for relaxation and enjoyment. The property is clean and well furnished with easy access to the beach (right across the street). There are many extras included that you simply do not find with other rentals including; games, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, movies and games. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, better than any other vacation rental I've experienced.

Our Home Away From Home!
Once again, our family vacationed at this wonderful home in Navarre Beach... and once again, we had a great time! This place is absolutely the most well-equipped and inviting place to go in Navarre Beach! We have been 4 times now, with a growing family (2 sons, daughter-in-laws, 3 grandsons). It has everything you need; just buy the groceries and settle in. Just to sum up: when we asked the kids- would you rather stay right on the beach or get a little bigger place next year,, they just said "absolutely not!, this is "our" place in Florida and we can't imagine staying anywhere else!" Thank you soo much for sharing your home with our family!

Home Away from Home!
This year was our second stay at Sea Breeze. As many of the other reviewers mentioned - no need to bring anything but your clothes and go buy groceries. Everything else is ready and waiting upon your arrival. The house is clean and welcoming. We love Navarre Beach and Sea Breeze. The owners are most accommodating and you feel like family. Can't wait for next year....

This place was great!
My family and I absolutely loved this condo! We had 7 people and had more than enough room. The owner was easy to communicate with and was helpful and friendly. It was also nice having the grill, beach chairs, umbrellas and a ping pong table provided. Navarre is a relaxed area, beaches are not as crowded and its only 30 minutes away from Destin.
