About this house rental
Nestled in Big Sky, this attractive house for $795 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come enjoy your Montana getaway at this mountain top, luxury home with commanding 360 degree views nestled in the private, luxury development of Cascade Ridge. No detail is overlooked in this 3,000+ sq. ft. home with attached garage, private hot tub, and beautiful wood-burning, stone fireplace. With amazing views of the Spanish Peaks, Fan Mountain, and Lone Peak plus access to the private Lodge (which is just steps away) with an indoor and outdoor pool and ski-in/ski-out access, your summer and winter vacations just got that much better! Lodge operational season dates: (Winter: Thanksgiving week - April) & (Summer: June - September) This Cascade Ridge home has 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the main level. It has its own fireplace plus a steam shower and jet tub in the master bathroom. The lower level includes a second master with a king bed. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The lower level media area has a sectional with a full sized pull-out mattress for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has its own TV. In all, it sleeps up to 12 adults max. It is conveniently located near Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge. Lodge operational season dates: (Winter: Thanksgiving - end of April) & (Summer: June - mid September). Cascade Ridge 16 is situated a short distance from the Moonlight entrance yet conveniently close to Big Sky’s attractions and activities, including the famous Beehive Basin hiking trail. A short drive to the bustling bars, grills, and cafes of Big Sky Resort Mountain Village Plaza and a perfect basecamp from which to explore Big Sky Country and Yellowstone National Park, this custom vacation rental features everything you will need for the perfect Big Sky vacation. Additional amenities include: Snow removal Firewood Washer/dryer Additional Kitchen Appliances include: Cuisinart Drip Coffee Maker Icemaker Toaster Tea Kettle Crockpot Blender Wine Cooler Outdoor: Private Hot Tub Gas Grill Seating for 6 and 1 table Media Room: Sectional Sofa with Seating For 6 **PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Great home packed with amenities. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to the Lodge which was also great. Kids enjoyed the pool and smores. Staff could not have been nicer. House had everything we needed. Just bring your skis. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Hope to come back and stay this summer.

The house was very nice with 4 nice bedrooms with large beds and one bunk room. The clubhouse is very close (maybe 50 feet) and had a huge fireplace, free wine/beer/snacks and was nice to hang out in. It also had a hot tub, heated pool and small workout room. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We booked this house for a group of 12 adults for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. All he wanted was to ski with his friends for his birthday and this did not disappoint!
We enjoyed the big living room and fireplace and the kitchen was set up nicely for a large group. The hot tub at the house was perfect for an after ski soak. The bedrooms were all well apointed and comfortable.
Our group especially enjoyed the private lodge in the afternoons. It was great to stop in after skiing for a beer and a game of pool or to use the bigger hot tub and meet new people.
We would not hesitate booking this poroperty again! All communication with the owners was fast and any problems or questions were solved quickly.

We visited this property on a business retreat and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Andrea was constantly available in person or by text for anything we needed, and she was thoughtful enough to proactively think of things we might need before we realized we needed them. The house is immaculately clean, very spacious, and in a gorgeous area of Big Sky. Would definitely return.

Our group of 4 families including 4 children were very comfortable at 16 Cascade Ridge! Proximity to the clubhouse was great. We enjoyed hanging out there - playing billiards, shuffle board and using the pool & hot tub. We would love to visit again during ski season!

The property was exactly as described! And the location almost adjacent to the Cascade Ridge Lodge was perfect — our teenagers spent hours there playing pool and shuffleboard. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt, helpful and flexible. We would definitely return!

First Trip to Montana
This was our first trip to the Montana/Yellowstone area and a nice escape from the SoCal hustle and bustle. We could not be happier with the accommodations at Cascade Ridge - there were 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 4 - 16 years old. We loved Big Sky and the activities surrounding the property, but it was also close enough to get in a Yellowstone day trip, albeit long but so rewarding to come back to the nice amenities at the property - quiet, secluded balcony. The kids loved spending time at the lodge with the pool and spa an afternoon favorite. Thank you to Brian and everyone we met at the property for making our Big Sky vacation such a pleasure.

Big Sky Family Vacation 2020
We had an amazing time at 16 Upper Cascade Ridge. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect. With each bedroom having it's own bath (including the bunkroom!) made it so easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything you could think of. The fireplace had wood stacked up as well as starters for a fire every night.
We saw tons of animals from our balcony and on the many hikes around the house and area.
Probably the biggest perk to staying at this home (besides the amazing view) was the close proximity (20 steps) of the lodge! We enjoyed the heated pool, had fun shuffleboard tournaments and the kids loved the board games. Our entire family spent a lot of time upstairs of the lodge making memories! The employees working could not have been more accommodating so a big thank you to Sam and Barette, you made our stay so much fun. We will defiantly be back and this is where we will stay, we highly recommend it!

We had a great, enjoyable stay in this amazing house. It was ideal for our group of 8 skiers. The club house with a chairlift is located one house away. Hot tub is great. Kitchen and appliances are great. The whole house is beautiful and amazing. Plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Great stay! We will be back. Thank you.

Nice house, 50 steps from club house for ski in and ski out. Lockers at clubhouse held our skis. Happy hour at club was great. The house was very nice. We had a great time

Excellent ski in/out house for large groups or multiple families
Our group had a great stay. As advertised, the cascade ridge community is amazing. Easy ski in/out access next door from the private lodge. Well managed property. Garage large enough for a suburban with ski racks, in addition to easy outside parking. Definitely need an awd/4wd in snowy conditions (we used explore rentals by bzn airport). We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house at Cascades Ridge in Big Sky
The house and the location were awesome. Super friendly folks. The only comment I would have about the house that is a negative is -- as with any rental house -- the teflon pans are all scratched up. There was only one good and usable one. Other than that, which is not really a complaint I would highly recommend the house and the rental company.

Simply wonderful
This property is amazing. First, the house is exceptional. Large, stunning and with a private hot tub. It is literally 20 yards from the CR Lodge. We spent a lot of time in the lodge. Sammi is the best!! She took great care of us. The local lift does not open until after we leave. So we went down to the resort to start our skiing. We were happy to exchange convenience for no crowds. Again, the property is exceptional. You will love it.

I cannot say enough about our trip/stay in Big Sky. We stayed for Thanksgiving week and this house was EVERYTHING and more than we expected. The staff at Cascade Ridge were so great and accommodating. We hung out with them at the lodge every night for Happy Hour! We had the the most memorable vacation. The pictures on the website do not do this house justice. I CANNOT wait to come back! Thank you guys for everything! Superior service!
