Lovely villa with amazing views and a really relaxing atmosphere. Almost home from home.

Just the location really, but only a short taxi ride to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely stay at Villa Quinta - Barbette has created a tranquil oasis in a stunning setting overlooking the sea. Personal, homely and very comfortable it's a great place to spend a few days by the fabulous pool or exploring the area. 5 mins drive in either direction to the marina or town or a hilly 25/30 min walk - but perfectly manageable and a good option to work off dinner! Barbette was warm, helpful and welcoming and made an excellent breakfast!

Bed sheets and towels were the only things that could be improved - some crisp cotton bedding and soft fluffy towels would have been great.

We loved staying at VillaQuinta, and were really happy with our choice not to stay right in town as we got the best of both worlds by having an amazing accommodation and being within walking distance of the beach and town when we wanted it. It took us 15 minutes to walk down the hill to the town and about 25 minutes back up. The road has a pedestrian ‘lane’ and didn’t seem unsafe with the cars going by. We also easily got a 5 minute taxi for 8 euros back to the villa one night. The veranda and pool area are lovely. There are lots of nice plants and bright flowers, and the view towards the sea is beautiful. Babette was a great host and went out of her way to look after us, and as other reviews have said, the breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location is beautiful - the house looks onto the bay and the sea. The swimming pool is clean and welcoming. The outside space is relaxing and spacious. The owners were friendly.

The room was not clean. It had cobwebs, spiders in the corner of the walls and the top sheet of the bed had blood like stains on it. Furthermore, the walls had yellow damp stains on them. The ceiling fan was caked with dust and so we did not use it. The room was cold at night time too. There was nowhere for you to put your toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.

The villa is wonderful, great views from our suit. Our hosts were amazing as was the breakfast 😊 It was very tranquil but still only 5 mins from the beach. We had a fantastic weekend here.

The whole place felt like a film set, with the hosts welcoming us with a drink and chat. The breakfast was served personally by the hosts, on the terrace with a view over the pool and gardens to the sea and La Herradura bay. Everything was provided - eggs and bacon, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, and different sweets each day (pancakes, cheese cake etc) to match the exceptional fresh coffee. The clean relaxing pool in beautiful gardens are easily accessible straight from the rooms.

Stunning views , beautiful grounds and a lovely pool. Outstanding breakfasts with fresh figs from the garden . The welcoming drink after arrival G&T & a cold beer very much appreciated.

Our room did not have air conditioning and the weather was exceptionally humid for August this made it rather uncomfortable . Parking was rather tricky but secure. We did suffer numerous insect bites whilst sat near the pool .

Villaquinta is a beautiful place to stay with stunning views over the bay of la herradura and with a pool, a perfect place to watch the sunset after a long day on the beach. Rooms clean and comfy, breakfast on the terrace was good. The hosts gave a warm welcome.

The room was great and the view even better! The owners are just great people; Nice, Helpful and considerate! We highly recommend this place!

Living in the villa was nice for many reasons the most important one being the atmosphere, the lovely garden a nice pathway to the front door, the inside garden area and the terrace where all magnificent. The other nice things where that the view form the terrace and form the king bedroom (where we stayed) showed a nice view on the ocean and city. The served breakfast was great addition to the villa, order it to the time you wake up and enjoy coffee, fresh bread, Hamon and cheese, fresh fruits and an omelette.
