Nestled in Keystone, this charming condo for $99 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Locally owned and managed for 8 years now - we offer 24/7 check in and support services if any need should arise and taken care of through the offices just around the corner. You never need to worry about not getting someone on the phone to answer questions or offer assistance. Come stay in our cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 and is conveniently located just steps from the River Run gondola! Our Unit provides the following comforts for use during your stay with us: The master bedroom has a new (2014) king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a new (2014) plush queen bed. The second bathroom also features dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. In addition, the comfy queen size pull out sofa sleeps 2 individuals. You will also find 2 humidifiers and 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The living room has a 50' Samsung HD flat screen TV and overstuffed furniture that invites you to relax and recuperate after a long day of adventures that Keystone has to offer. The kitchen has all the necessary essentials for your convenience including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, bowls for mixing and storage, full silverware and cooking utensils, plates, cups, and bowls. The dining room table will comfortably seat 6 people. Additionally, The Springs offers the following conveniences for your use during your stay: • Two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. • Laundry facilities are located on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. (This unit is on the 3rd floor which makes the laundry facilities very convenient if needed) • A spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, waterfall, game tables, and a pool table. • A play room for the kids • A media room with stadium seating and a large flat screen TV. The building also features a heated pool with water slide and wade pool for the younger ones (or older ones that are still kids at heart!), 2 eight-person hot tubs (one for adults only) a fire pit, and a grill near the pool. The Springs also has its own well equipped fitness & steam room on the first floor.

There are limitations to what an owner can do to maintain through a managment co, but it was comfortable, clean and serviceable.
Worn cane chairs; minor details like pots and pans that needed handles tightened, wall switches that had survived abuse, and ski lockers that would not function
But I WOULD RENT IT AGAIN.

We really enjoyed our 28 day stay. It was a great location (about a 3 min walk to the gondola) and the hot tub was awesome. Chris checked with us several times to make sure things were going well. 100% recommend!!!

We stayed here in the autumn and enjoyed a very quiet complex with comfortable beds. The pool was also a lot of fun for the kids. Check-in was easy and we had everything we needed.

Check-in was easy (no check-in, just sent a code). Great indoor parking right next to elevators, which made loading and unloading simple. Property is right next to shopping, dining and a playground. The only thing I'd say could be better would be kitchen supplies (frying pan handle was about to fall off and very few coffee mugs). The Property was otherwise well stocked with everything we needed. Check-out process was easy, with almost nothing being asked of us. Had a great stay and would stay again.

Overall a good experience. We liked the walkability to the River Run Village and the pool. The floor plan of the unit was spacious and functional for a family of 4. It was also safe and very quiet. I felt that the Keystone area was less crowded than other areas and that gave off a relaxing vibe.
A few of the disappointments were that the complex is not air conditioned. I was not aware of that going in, and the unit was hot when we arrived. It took a couple hours to cool down but was not ideal after a long day of traveling. The TV in the bedroom was not operational, and the windows all around the unit were very dirty and some were missing screens.

Great family getaway close to the base of Keystone. There is a new complex going in next door but the majority of the construction noise is on the other side of the complex. The heated pool and hot tubs are great. Proximity to the base area is wonderful. We found a nice loop to hike from the condo. We would definitely return!

When we arrived checkin was very easy and communication was great. The place was cleaned well too, just a bit worn. The master bathtub was clogged and they sent maintenance out very quick to fix. The elevators broke about 3 times during our week stay but got them fixed within a few hours
Our extreme disappointment was with the giant construction site between our condo and the Mountain. Nowhere was this mentioned in the listing and it is no longer "30 steps" to the gondola as advertised. My husband and I didn't mind the walk but 3 young kids with all their equipment did. We also booked a year in advanced and payed 4k for the week when you can now rent the condo for 2k. I'm guessing the price drop is due to construction. The construction also starts everyday at 6am and is VERY loud. Instead of mountain view in the pool area you have construction cranes and an ugly temporary fence.
I reached out to management to see if anything could be done regarding the inaccuracies of the listing and never got a response which was disappointing.

We had a perfect spring break visit to keystone. The property was just as advertised, tidy and well organized. The walk to the gondola and village was less than five minutes. We would definitely return.

Lovely and cozy spacious 2 bedroom. Just a few minutes from the Gondola even with construction. Perfect accommodation for family of four. Heated pool and hot tub were lovely. A lot of places advertise heated pool but this one actually was.

Wonderful stay. I would stay again.
Things I noticed and liked:
-two humidifiers! Three fans, great for white noise etc.
-nice soft white towels.
- hot tubs and pool are great!
Things I wished I would have known:
-you have to walk around a large construction area of a new hotel to get to the gondola.
- There is a free ski check right next to the gondola. We figured this out our last day of skiing. This was really great when we came back to the condo midday for lunch and didn’t have to carry our skis the whole way.
- Parking is around the side of the building. It took us a bit to find it, after calling the help desk.
- The Building didn’t have obvious numbers on it so we weren’t sure which building was ours. It is the one with a turnaround in front of the main entrance, not the gated entrance.
There are luggage roller carts in the underground parking structure so you can unload your car easily from there and go up the elevator. We made the mistake of carrying everything individually through the main entrance, which was just a bit more cumbersome.
-Washer and dryers are coin-operated (quarters), and we didn’t have any with us.
- bring your own non-glass drink ware to bring to the hot tub, there is only glass in the condo.

Great Condo in River Run! Check-in was very easy, and the condo was just as advertised. We were a little concerned knowing there is a large building under construction nearby, but it wasn’t an issue. It’s still a very easy walk to the gondola or River Run Village.

The condo itself is very nice, but the master bedroom closet was stuffed with the owners things, leaving me very little room for my things. There’s also a large chair in the master bedroom, so again it took up a lot of space that I would’ve liked to have had open.
This condo community used to be a three minute walk to town, but due to the construction of a new condo complex, now you have to walk all the way around in the freezing cold on an unlit slippery path!
The pool and hot tub area is very nice and there is a steam room, but oddly enough, there is no shower in that area. The towels that they give you for the pool are also very small.

The location would have been great, but there is construction going on next to the building and you must walk around to get to the gondola. The construction will be going on for quite some time so take this into consideration. The unit was fine, with the exception of some of the furniture falling apart. Also the elevators in the building are slow making logistics difficult until you figure out best way in/out with stairs.

Nice condo located near the gondola at Keystone. Due to construction, there was a bit of a walk to the gondola itself. The condo was clean, well prepared, and had an easy check-in process. The host and management company were easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions. Condo amenities including pool and hot tub were amazing!

Loved this condo… it was clean and modern. The owners reached out and we’re kind. The outdoor facilities were good. The hot tub was online but the pool wasn’t.
The on-site management was a little weird and there is construction traffic and noise starting around 7am.

Overall, the grounds were nice, pool w/ slide & hot tub were awesome, security was great as every entrance, plus garage parking was secured via your private code. Location was pretty good- very close to gondola, a mountain creek, and the main Keystone shopping area…though a large condo is being built directly between the property and gondola, this may have a greater effect on views/ noise in the near future. Rooms and condo itself was as advertised. Had a decent amount of kitchen utensils/ pots & pans. We like to hit up the grocery store and plan out meals as opposed to eating out. Could have used a few more things: ice cream scoop, pans large enough for pizza, a 3rd oven rack & adult size cups. Also we visited in summer so it takes about a full day to cool down the condo without any a/c. One box fan and a small fan were all we found, however there are 3 rooms, so one box fan for each window would have helped maintain temp as it seemed to fluctuate without a/c. Outside was between 65-75 so a/c isn’t needed, just better fans when it gets warmer. Didn’t have any complaints on beds other than the master bed is quite soft and heavy on the foam which was uncomfortable for myself but the complete opposite for my partner. It was a little strange, master bedroom had no tv (may be issue if you fall asleep to one on)? The fold out couch had a tilt upward at the end so my son couldn’t extend his legs while sleeping as it was uncomfortable. This may be on the property management company, but the pillows are smaller and of the hotel/motel variety which isn’t always the most comfortable. Be sure to bring your own dish washer detergent, liquid hand soap, paper towels, cleaning spray and maybe even trash bags. We were left one dish washer packet for the 5 days we were there, small bar soap which isn’t the greatest for kids, one paper towel roll which lasted two days, no cleaning spray of any kind so it was harder to clean up any cooking messes, and trash bags which were of the thinnest variety and we had to take out several times during the week trying not to rip the bags. Also, plan on bringing or going to the store for everything you may need for cooking (other than coffee filters). Check-in is simple, they text you code, that number+ # is what you use for all doors, room and garage…so ignore the current incorrect instructions. Honestly would definitely stay again, we loved the pool, the weather, the hikes, and the entire Keystone area! 👍👍👍

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! My only disappointment was that this feels a lot more like a hotel than a condo. We had expected to cook more in the unit, but without basics like salt, etc, we stuck to mostly just breakfasts and sandwiches. Not a problem, just not what I expected. Chris was very accommodating and answered all of my many questions immediately. He made sure we had a pack and play for our toddler, and we all enjoyed the kid friendly amenities- pool with a great kids slide, hot tub, pool table, kids play room and movie theater. River Run village was a quick 2 minute walk, and Keystone was a perfect location to enjoy the mountains! We will definitely be back!!

Great location, quiet, near Keystone Village. Nice pool, hot tubs, outdoor fireplace. Outdoor grill didn't work very well. Windows had torn or missing screens and windows were not clean, Comfortable beds, good linens and towels. Kitchen needs a few items--cookie sheet, rubber spatulas, salt, olive oil or veggie oil . Overall very enjoyable getaway.
