Nestled in Gloucester, this lovely cottage for $188 per night is a great option for your next trip. This cozy cottage has it all! Three comfortable bedrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, two twins. Two full bathrooms and two half baths give everyone plenty of privacy. Huge deck with hammock and plenty of seating and eating space including a weber charcoal grill. Comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you need. Indoor fireplace is not functional. Chimenea on outdoor patio for cozy fires and fire pit too. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, wifi, TV for local channels and dvd player with netflix available. Convenient to Panthertown Valley and Gorges State Park with hundreds of hiking and biking trails. At 3600 feet altitude the days are comfortable and the nights are cool all summer! Dogs are allowed with pre-approval and pet fee.

This cozy mountain home provided us with a great getaway. It's private and the views from the sunroom are just amazing. We were close to Gorges for hiking and Cashiers for dining. A big thank you to Molly, for allowing us the opportunity to relax and unwind, and for being so accommodating when my daughter came down with a cold during our last day.

This was the perfect mountain getaway! We especially loved the spacious deck with a beautiful mountain view. The property is completely private and the house had all the comforts of home. Our stay exceeded our expectations. As suggested, we took all of our groceries with us, so we had everything we needed. Molly answered all of my questions promptly and assured me that she was available if needed. We would love to stay at this house again for our next Fall mountain getaway! :)

We love staying here. The view and the native plants that abound on the property give an ambience that newer homes with landscaped yards cannot achieve. I live in a city. It's great to be here where nature is right outside the door and we can be a part of it.

The views were outstanding; the home was very comfortable, everything one could want. We enjoyed making smores at the fire pit and also used the grill. However, I spent most of my time gazing at the mountains! While there were a few restaurants in the area, it was a long way from grocery stores and shops. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was secluded yet close to some fantastic locations. We visited Gorges State Park and the town of Brevard. The house itself was very comfortable and super clean. It had amazing views and everything we needed to make delicious meals while we were there. We will definitely be recommending this to our friends!

This was the perfect VRBO for us. 2 Fires each night outside, which my husband LOVED!
We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had all that we needed after a stop at the grocery.
Beds were comfortable and rooms were quaint.
I LOVED the back Sunroom. Spent each morning there watching the sunrise and looking out over the mountains.

What an absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming place and experience!! We felt absolutely "home" as soon as we arrived and walked in. The place is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and the thoughtfulness of all the notes and hints/tips to better enjoy the stay were very much appreciated and taken advantage of by us. Very nice amenities and very well taken care of. We can't say enough about this gem and the generosity of the Jenkins to share with us and others the way and to the extent that they do. We enjoyed every refreshing, relaxing, rejuvenating moment of our time there - We had a very wonderful time together - 4 adults and our granddaughter (Mom, Dad, Daughter and Son in law, and 5 year old granddaughter) hiking trails by day and thoroughly relaxing and unwinding in the evenings.

The porch has an amazing view. When it’s too chilly to sit outside, the sun room offers the same view. The cabin is easy to find and access; drive to house recently paved. Neighbors are not visible from the property, yielding a quiet, peaceful trip.

After a harrowing week before our trip due to hurricane Ian we were so looking forward to our vacation week away. Well it could not have been a better experience! We arrived a day late and wished we could have stayed longer than we had planned. It was a lovely home and we had a wonderful week with lots of hiking trails close by to see the most beautiful waterfalls. We would definitely come back here!

This charming property was perfect for us! The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was very clean, and the furnishings, kitchen equipment and outdoor areas were very nice. And lastly, THE VIEW!!! Highly recommend this lovely property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again at this property. It is perfect for our visits to the area, has a wonderful view, is clean, comfortable, has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Most especially, it is very quiet with no road or neighborhood noises.

Beautiful spot- amazing peace and quiet.
Pictures don't do the view justice- we spent most of our time sitting on the deck. The house is comfortable and well-equipped., although it is a bit remote ( which we didn't mind). The kitchen is adequate but you do need to bring in all of your own food, including staples. As the owner says, the nearest grocery store is about 20 -25 minutes away.

Perfect home base for wildflower hiking
We three old friends agreed that the beds were comfy, the furnishings were all good, and everything was clean and in good order. The property and surrounding area are so beautiful. We appreciated the backpacks and guide-books. The kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed (except ground pepper. the available grinders weren't working so well). For those of us with Verizon, internet access was a breeze. For our non-Verizon friend, not so much. We really enjoyed the overall vibe, the balance of personal items with found objects and antiques. The place has personality! The variety and number of hiking trails and waterfalls within an easy drive is really phenomenal.
