The apartment, easily reachable from the highway, is located in a residential area at 900m. from the sea, and close to all services. It is located near the Versiliana park (renowned for its theater) and by following a cycle path in the shade of a tree-lined avenue, you can reach the small Athens Pietrasanta with its historical monuments, its art galleries and its renowned restaurants. Also nearby is Forte dei Marmi with the Wednesday market famous for its designer labels and Viareggio with its promenade. Moving inland, the Apuan Alps are a marvel of nature overlooking the Versilia sea. Upon booking and a deposit of 25%, the balance on delivery of the apartment + cauz . Geweldig compleet huis met airco

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in marina di pietresanta. Het huis is prima, 2 badkamers, ruime keuken met alkes er op en eraan om heerlijke maaltijden te koken. Het huis is erg schoon, eigenaren erg aardig. Ook de airco in slaap- en woonkamer is een luxe en werkt gord. We kregen zelfs 4 fietsen erbij, zo konden we met de kids op de fiets naar het strand (wel bedjes huren maar dat weet je). Pietresanta is geweldig en daar kan je ook heerlijk eten. We zullen graag terugkomen en dan langer dan 1 week. Heerlijk en een echte aanrader!

Ho trascorso una settimana di Luglio con il mio compagno ed un bambino di pochi mesi e non posso dire di essere stata male ma qualche aspetto mi ha un po' delusa. Questa costruzione è dentro il giardino di un altra casa, immagino della stessa proprietà, e lasciando le finestre ovviamente aperte in estate senti tutto quello che accade accanto.. Tutto coperto da una siepe ma sono vicinissimi! Poi c'è una parte di siepe che copre benissimo un cancellino.. Tipo un passaggio "segreto" dal quale un pomeriggio è sbucato il figlio del proprietario (che è un adulto non un bambino) ritrovandomelo praticamente in casa all'improvviso.. Il cancello per accedere è basso, dalla strada e dalla casa di fronte la sera con le luci accese ti vedono benissimo.. Mancano le tende alle finestre sul davanti anche perché c'è una zanzariera a scatto da aprire e chiudere per entrare un casa.. per niente comoda. Ci sono delle tende sul loggiato davanti ma la sera ripeto non aiutano.La casa è dotata di tutto ed è tutto funzionante, pulitissima; è effettivamente fresca come descritto dai proprietari ma devi tenere tutto chiuso..quando apri per avere la luce ed è molto caldo si soffre un po'. Ultima nota :il bagno è piccolo con il lavandino micro ha per finestra un oblò che si apre per metà: poca luce e poca aria.

Gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Pietrasanta. Zum Strand, verbaut mit Bagnos, die Liegestühle vermieten, 1000 Meter. Hier kann man nicht Baden. Öffentlicher Strand allerdings 3 Kilometer entfernt. Das ist aber überall so an der italienischen Riviera. Geschäfte und diverse Restaurants fußläufig, Supermärkte nah bei. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Stock des Hauses. Man verfügt aber über einen kleinen privaten Garten, der abgeschlossen ist. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hat eine überdachte Dachterasse. Ausstattung für Urlaubszwecke ordentlich. Aber kein DVD-Spieler. Also: Laptop mitbringen, wenn man Filme schauen will. Alles sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir Ende Mai aber nicht benötigt hatten. Im Hochsommer sieht das dann aber sicher anders aus. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit und nett. Fazit: jederzeit wieder

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo villino per tre settimane ad agosto con una bimba di tre mesi e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene! il bollino è curato in ogni dettaglio, i proprietari gentili e disponibili e non manca davvero nulla! spero di ritornarci anche la prossima estate!! VERAMENTE COMPLIMENTI E GRAZIE DI TUTTO!!!

Great apartment. Nearby the beach and the center of marina the pietrasanta. Also very close by pietrasanta with her nice shops and restaurants. This was the second time we went to this place and we can realy recommended it.

Superbe maison tres propre Avec tout ce qu'il faut tres bien equipés Bravo. Luca et Patricia nous on tres bien acceuilli. Petit Point négatif:toutes les plages du coins sont privées!!!!il faut Payer pour pouvoir profiter de la plage!!!!!!!!il y a une plage non privée mais il faut marcher 1Km500.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, spacy rooms iespecially the airco and hor against musquitos was very nice. The place was nearby the beach, 5 min with the bike, free availeble by the house. Luca the owner was very gentle. If we come again to Pietrasanta we would love to stay again in this apartment

Appartamento spazioso e ben tenuto, pulito ed essenziale. Cucina ben attrezzata che affaccia su un terrazzino coperto molto utile nella bella stagione. Zanzariere e aria condizionata, lavastovoglie e lavatrice aiutano a rendere ancora più confortevole il soggiorno. Zona tranquilla, si raggiunge il mare velocemente in bicicletta, a piedi si sentono però tutti i 900 mt dichiarati. Sicuramente da consigliare. Proprietario disponibile e presente.

Sono proprio stata bene. Il villino è delizioso, non manca proprio nulla. Cercavamo la tranquillità e l'abbiamo trovata. Una vacanza di vero relax. Unica pecca la spiaggia libera non proprio vicina e tutti bagni a pagamento e anche cari. Il mare sporco.

La casa è bellissima, pulita e moderna con una bella terrazza, come viene rappresentata nelle immagini. Anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno del cortile e di usare le due biciclette è perfetta. La posizione è favorevole: 800 m dal mare e vicino di tutti le belle città della Toscana. I locatori sono molto simpatici e servizievoli. Siamo stati totalmente soddisfatti e possiamo raccomandare un soggiorno nel villino. Wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen! Sauber, modern und mit einer schönen Terrasse, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Vor allem die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt im Hof parken zu können und die zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrräder zu nutzen, ist perfekt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr praktisch - 800 m bis zum Meer und all die schönen Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana sind gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

L appartamento è molto accogliente e spazioso e le immagini rispecchiano a pieno le condizioni. La cucina dotata di numerose stoviglie e comodità, e il terrazzino per pranzare al esterno è stato particolarmente apprezzato, così come la possibilità di parcheggiare al interno del giardino le biciclette in sicurezza. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso, l'appartamento gode di una buona posizione in quanto si trova a 5 min di bicicletta dal mare, forno, gelateria, tabacchino.. Ottima pulizia al nostro arrivo. Consigliamo senz altro! Proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti.
