Boasting multiple living spaces, mountain views, and 5 furnished decks, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath escape will immerse you in nature. Head into town, just 10 miles away, for a scenic hike and a local brew. When night falls, catch a show at the famed Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre! After a day enjoying the great outdoors or hitting the slopes, the hot tub is the perfect place to relax sore muscles and stargaze.
The house has breathtaking views as far as the eye can see, away from all of the hustle and bustle of city life yet is so centrally located:
* Minutes from many trailheads ( Floyd Hill Open Space (1.1 miles), Clear Creek Canyon Park Big Easy Trailhead (7.7 miles), Elk Meadow Park Stagecoach Trailhead (8.8 miles), Lookout Mountain Park (12.1 miles), Lair o’ the Bear Park (14.5 miles), Golden Gate Canyon State Park (18.6 miles), Echo Lake Park (20.8 miles)

With 3 large bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 separate family rooms with 2 stories double-sided fireplace, and a finished walkout basement. It is very roomy.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private balcony a large CRIB.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds.
3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a large balcony with beautiful mountain views.
The bottom level bedroom takes up the entire bottom floor and has a fireplace, TV, full bathroom.
The 2 living rooms on the main floor each have 1 sleeper sofa.
The large chef kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils and cookware, custom cabinetry.
The house is less than 30 minutes to Downtown Denver where the nightlife is great (Sporting events, concerts, zoo, restaurants, wonderful breweries, water park, Broncos stadium, Denver Nuggets arena, Aquarium....)
Skiing is only 30 minutes away
Sleeping arrangement is as follows:
1 king bed in the master + BABY Crib
1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom
2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom

Fantastic stay, lovely home. Great views from the many patios and decks. Beds are comfortable, room for many. Was great for our family of four. There are multiple levels in the house. The playroom was nice with the ping pong table. Everything was great, no complaints. The hot tub was not working 100% when we got there but someone came and fixed it pronto, great communication with the property manager. One recommendation, don't show up after dark on your first night! The driveway and road up are a little tricky to navigate in the dark. Would 100% stay here again.

We travel and stay at VRBO properties all over the US often. This trip was to relax and unwind!
This property was not relaxing as there was no comfortable bed to sleep in or comfortable furniture to sit and relax.
The Master Bedroom mattress needs updating or property needs to be listed accurately and priced in a lower bracket with less expectations. Definitely not Luxury as noted!
The Fireplace on main floor was needed during our visit but not functional and used for floral decorations instead.
Unfortunately, although it was a great location for our visit to the Evergreen area, It did not meet our expectations and we will not stay at this property again.
