Rental rates per night in high season (December 15, 2024 - December 21, 2024, January 6, 2024 - April 15, 2024) are $525 per night for 2 bedrooms, $675 for 3 bedrooms, $725 for 4 bedrooms and $785 for 5 bedrooms. Holiday season (December 22, 2024 - January 5, 2025) rate is $1,230 per night. There is a 7-night minimum for holiday season.
