This is a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house located 2 miles outside of Hamilton on the Comanche highway. This house is setup to sleep 8 people and has the ability to have a air mattress for additional sleeping. The house has central air conditioning and heating. There is HD Dishtv with HBO and Showtime as well. The house has a full kitchen with all the cookware and wood for the fireplace. The house is located 2 miles east of Circle T arena. The is locate closely to all of Hamilton stores and restaurants

Great stay in Hamilton near Circle T arena! Loved the ranch house. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kenny was so gracious to allow our last-minute extra guests to stay and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

This house needs to be readvertised. It had so much more than what is mentioned. First of all, there is a washer and dryer that makes it a huge attraction for families! There is plenty of room and all of the furniture is super comfortable (including the beds-best sleep in a rental ever!). There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower only and one with only a bathtub( no shower). The kitchen has essential needs. There is even a fireplace! My family found it great for a picture backdrop. There was some difficulty finding the house when we arrived. The address vrbo gave is NOT the correct address! My family and I drove to where that address took us and was quite lost. We called the host who was very helpful with directing us to the right place. So, to anyone reading this, go to the crooked creek ranch entrance, which is close to the address given by vrbo. The house is at the top of the hill on the left right after you go through the archway. It is well worth the stay. Very nice, very clean, very quiet, and we even had visits from rabbits, roadrunners, and birds building nests!

Kenny helped us out when we were in a pinch! He was amazing to work with and the house was beautiful! Just what we needed!! Will stay again!

The property was just what we were looking for to watch the eclipse. Far away from crowds and a big open sky. However, we arrived on Sunday and were hoping to find a restaurant but nothing was open. Fortunately, the market was open so we bought food to cook. However, the kitchen was not very well stocked. We did not have a big enough pot for boiling pasta and the other pans were small too. Also there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher where we finally found glasses. The one cookie was full of mold.
Despite the limitations we made do and were rewarded with a perfect view of the eclipse!
