About this house rental
After a top to bottom custom restoration, this remarkable home is available for luxury vacation rental. This lovely property provides enough room for a large family, multiple families, multiple couples or race fans. Ocean views from every room in the house and direct and private beach access provides a luxury feel that makes this property unique. It sleeps up to 10 persons, has 5 bedrooms, with 2 master suites and 4 bathrooms with an open floor plan. A bedroom on the main floor also serves as a leisure room with full bath. We also provide a fully equipped, high-end kitchen. The back of the house gazes directly onto the surf and provides an outdoor kitchen, 2 barbecue grills and fireplace. The huge patio also has a pool, lanai sun-room, all with sparkling ocean views. Bike Week and race fans are welcome! Bike owners will love the parking and security. Race fans will love the location and proximity to restaurants, entertainment and of course, the Daytona Speedway. Deep-sea fishing, jet-ski or ATV rentals are steps down the beach. Disney World, Universal, and Orlando theme parks are just 70 miles away and historic St. Augustine is less than an hour's drive north of us. The Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is less than an hour south of us and most SpaceX and NASA launches can be seen from the backyard during launch season! Restaurants, oyster bars, live music and shopping centers are minutes away. The location is perfect!

Stayed at this oceanfront beach house for a week with a multi generational family of 10. The location to the beach is suburb and pictures do not do it justice to show how close you really are to the beach. The house had everything we needed, even beach chairs and boogie boards. Mike was very attentive to the few questions we had and got back to us within minutes of texting through the vrbo app. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great location on the beach. If I were to say anything negative, it would be the shower water pressure leaves a bit to be desired, but it is an older home, so that is to be expected. The home is updated, clean and well appointed for several guests. Thanks, Mike!
