If you are looking for a bang for ur buck then this is the place. Small but close to everything important, if you plan on being on the go and want to have a nice little place to come back to and re charge. Plenty for kids to do in the game room and very well priced. Owner is very easy to communicate with and will help with any matter.

The host was great and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The beds are awful they are super uncomfortable, lumpy, and squeaked every time you move. There is no communal space just a tiny kitchen bathroom and places to sleep. There is a binder full of rules and lists of things they will charge you more money for. I understand if you trash the place but there was a fee to move furniture back of you moved it. Meanwhile there is a miniature Foosball table in the one bedroom we had to move it so we didn't kill ourselves in the middle of the night. Things like that and charges if you didn't strip the beds and make sure the trash was out and the dishes were all done. Overall I wouldn't reccomend this place, the main house is probably much better but this was expensive for what it was.

Was not happy with the beds. The sheets weren’t even put on the bed right. The bed mattress’s need to be replaced. They aren’t very comfortable. Need better fitting sheets and a more up to date sheet and comforter.

The apartment was nice. It was close to cedar point! I wish there was a living room area. The patio area was small and the house is a bit outdated. The gentleman who rented it was very kind. We would stay again.

This was a terrible experience. We are not hard to please, but this was awful. The listing is very deceiving. The neighborhood is scary, the apartment is accessed by a narrow alleyway that floods when the shower runs and when it rains, forcing you to wade through a couple of inches of water to and from your door. The “patio” area is about 6’ square right in front of the door. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning to be found. We texted the property owner at the number provided, but there was no communication all week, despite multiple attempts. There was no one to meet us at check-in. We did find window units in the closets, and once it became clear we were not going to be communicated with, we installed them ourselves. The washer did not work, leaving us with a load of bath towels that would not spin. As a result, we had to purchase more bath towels. Additionally, we had to purchase more paper towels, more toilet paper, and more trash bags because there was not enough for our party for our stay. There is no hair dryer, even though it says so in the description. Therefore, we also had to go out and buy a hair dryer. Also, watch out for fees. There are fees for everything, and they are high. Also, no smoking or vaping ANYWHERE on the premises, even outside. We ended up checking out early. Very disappointing experience.

The property was in good shape. It got pretty warm over the weekend and there was no AC. However there were fans available. There were no coffee cups in the cupboard so we picked up a couple from the dollar store. Being on a motorcycle we didn’t want to risk them getting broken so we left them for the next guests to use. Overall we would recommend this property.

Overall good stay. Simple , no frills stay. Had trouble getting in as I never received a “welcome email” with the door code, but we eventually got in touch with the owner and it all worked out. Clean and neat. Perfect for a place to lay your head after a long haul at Cedar Point. The location was perfect for the park!! Great stay, would stay again.

Cons:
- The beds are terrible. I'm pretty sure one is just 2 box springs
- Listing innacurate (no ping pong table, foosball table is a coffee table)
- Does not sleep 8 comfortably. Space is very limited with 2 queens and 2 futons
Overall, in my opinion it's not worth what we paid compared to other rentals/hotels in the area.

This property was in a location close to many attractions. We had 4 adults and I think that would be the most I would recommend. I would say that the apartment is small so best for a smaller group.

We found this property very disappointing. First, it claims to be an upscale vacation home thats sleep 8. No way is it suitable for 8. It was NOT comfortable for our family of 6. Secondly, we were charged an extra fee for our family of 6. Their ad and pictures are misleading.
There was no dishwasher, only 2 kitchen chairs with broken kitchen fold "table", no coffee cups for coffee, no toiletries and the mattresses were the worst we have ever slept on, very loud, old, and uncomfortable. One window was boarded up with plywood and there were dirty scrub pads in the kitchen drawer. We are also required to strip all beds and put all linen downstairs in the laundry room, as well as doing dishes, taking out garbage AND vacuuming. All while be charged a cleaning fee. However, the location was great, only 5 minutes from Cedar Point amusement park.

Basically this place is nice, great neighborhood and amazing proximity to local attractions. The 2 beds were like sofa bed mattresses where you can feel every spring. The actual pull out couch and the futon were equally uncomfortable and there is no living space.

Owner has two options on his property for lodging. We stayed in the apartment above the garage which was perfect size for me, my two kiddos, and mom. The house is much larger and offers more amenities... just depends on how much you will be around to use anything. We were visiting cedar point, so we were gone all day and not back to the apartment until 8 or 9pm. Kevin is very nice, felt comfortable renting from him and would do so again.

The property was small but clean. If you are sleeping 8 it would be very tight. I'd say max should be 6.
The biggest problem that I have with the place is the top mattress in each room felt like it may be a box spring. Even if it's not a box spring it's extremely hard. The owner should spend a little bit of money to put a cushioned mattress topper on each bed.
I was pretty much only there to sleep for 2 nights and very little of that happened due to how uncomfortable the bed was.
If the mattresses are upgraded I would recommend this place. If they're not I would stay somewhere else

It is what it is. Big house, near Cedar point, but with some fun quirkyness. If you have a bit group coming to the area, there really is no conceivable better choice. I would readily stay there again.

This property is appropriate for 2 people despite sleeping 8. There is no room to eat or socialize. Beds are bare basic, uncomfortable and loud. Owner is nice and responsive about cleanliness which was appreciated. However, we did not enjoy our stay and left a day early.

I'm not sure other people left accurate ratings. This place should be about half the price. Would not stay here again. Before the owner claims I didn't share any of this with him, I did, so no excuses.
Checking In: The website says check in is at two but the check in instructions show four, so we just checked in at four. We had to contact the property owner as he did not provide the code beforehand like the instructions said he would. There also were not any toiletries as described in the advertisement. Finally, the apartment isn't labeled at all on how to get to the front door.
Cleanliness: The apartment was clean... at some point, not sure when that was with 8" spider webs and overgrown weeds blocking the tiny path leading around the garage to the front of the apartment.
Night's Sleep: Good luck getting sleep on a bargain bin mattress. Some of us woke up with crinks in our necks and backs due to the low quality. Not to mention, the loud air conditioning units blowing recycled air directly on you when you sleep. Like I said, good luck.
Location: The only reason to even think about staying here is the proximity to Cedar Point and the Ferry to the islands.

Worked well for our family. The laundry room is convenient. If you know the folks staying in the house the back yard is really nice. Easy access to Cedar Point.
