Located in Shell Knob, this charming house for $295 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Note: Sleeps 8 adults and 2 children. No pets allowed. There are no Boat Docks on this private property. Meeks Retreat is a private area located on 50 acres set on a mountain over looking Table Rock Lake. Awesome views. For rent:! Over 1800 square foot house, sleeps 8, with a large Lr/Kitchen and DRm.,and a vaulted ceiling. This house can hold app. 20 people for daytime use. Reserve the other rentals for your group, and meet at Northgate house during the day for reunions and more. This rental has a deck overlooking the lake, and a front porch with an awesome view of the wooded areas. We have over 1/2 mile of lakefront, but are located on a bluff with awesome views. No lake access from this rental. A boat ramp is located app. 1 mile from the entrance to Meeks Retreat. Viney Creek State Park is located a few short miles and has boat ramps and a roped off swimming area. Charges for additional people (over 8) will be applied when booking. Additional cabins/units for rent. There are 4 full service cabins/units close by that each sleep 6 people. Additional large Retreat Center for rent, daytime use only, seats over 125. Visit Meeks Retreat for additional information. Keywords: North Gate Rental sleeps 8, over 1800 sq. ft. house. Lake front on a bluff, awesome views. Additional rentals located close by. This lake front property does not have a boat dock,. Boat ramps and swimming areas withing a few miles.

My friends and I wanted a place in nature to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The views from the back deck were beautiful!! It was so quiet. Virginia is a wonderful host and I’d definitely return for another friend get together or a family reunion. There are boats to rent nearby which allowed us to enjoy a sunny day on Table Rock lake. Perfect holiday getaway location!

The property was spacious and the grounds were very nice and quiet. Beautiful lake views and we counted 4,398 deer on the property. Check in was easy and the accommodations were very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at Meeks Retreat and the owner is super accommodating. It’s a hidden gem with a beautiful view of the Kings River arm of Tablerock Lake. There is plenty of room for a family or couples group. We enjoyed our time on the spacious deck.
The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils that you need to prepare meals if you want to. It is about 30 minutes to a grocery store so advise bringing all of your items. There are deer and other wildlife. It’s a relaxing and tranquil location. Hope you enjoy as much as we have!

A great rental house with large open living room and a back deck overlooking Table Rock Lake. Other rental units as well as a large conference facility also available for rent! Secluded location but located between major destinations such as Eureka Springs and Dogwood Canyon.

Our stay was great. The home was superbly clean and beautiful. The view of the lake from the porch is GORGEOUS! The property owner was so kind! On the first day of our stay, a family member had a wreck on her way to the house and Ms. Meek called to make sure everything was okay and made sure we had everything we needed. She is so kind and we could not have asked for a better property owner! We would recommend this home 1000 times again!

The setting was absolutely beautiful! It was peaceful and away from it all, and we had a great family bonding weekend. Plenty of room for our family and lots of outdoor space to play kickball, etc. Virginia was the nicest host and we recommend 10/10!

Virginia Meek was very nice to rent from. Property has a beautiful view of the lake. It was awesome to see the deer that came out every night. The location is about 30 minutes from Eureka Springs for shopping and eating.

Meek's Retreat offers a peaceful & serene stay away from the crowds of Branson and the stresses of daily life. Located overlooking the King's River on the upper end of Table Rock lake we saw beautiful scenery & abundant wildlife. We especially enjoyed the bald eagle that flew by multiple times during our stay. We even spotted the eagles' nest on the farm road between the retreat and the highway. Virginia is a lovely hostess. Easy to communicate with and full of helpful information of things to do and see in the area. We left happy and looking for reasons to be back again soon.

This place is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was exactly what we were looking for. It is in a quiet area for a beautiful view of the lake off the back porch. Plenty of seating. It has everything you might need. We will definitely stay here again!

We arrived late on a Friday evening for a bachelor party weekend and were all instantly impressed upon seeing the cabin. The cabin is very spacious and welcoming, making it an ideal home away from home. There are five nice beds spread throughout three bedrooms, as well as two well-sized bathrooms. We spent a majority of our time at the cabin grilling and hanging out on the back deck overlooking the lake. We were the only guests on the property, making it a very peaceful stay. The place was very clean, complete with a full kitchen and a gas grill on the back deck. There is also a very nice flat-screen TV in the living room that has an antenna to pick up some local channels. It came in handy for us, because we wanted to watch the NBA finals one night during our stay. While the cabin and property are extremely nice, Virginia, the owner, really makes the stay worth while. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay, and was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be coming back to Meek's when we plan our next trip to Table Rock Lake.

The cabin was large and very clean. Virginia was friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We had a great weekend. This place is a little off the beat and path but quiet and has a wonderful view from the deck overlooking the lake. This would be a great place for a family reunion as they had several cabins.

When we arrived at Meek's Retreat, the owner met us and wished us the best with our stay. She recommended the local boat ramps, grocery stores, and hospitality. Once we were in the unit, which was a beautiful house with a great view, we were very impressed. The unit that we stayed in was a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a huge kitchen and big living room/dining room. The view is one of the best on the lake, especially to watch fireworks since we were there for the 4th of July weekend. We spent a day on the lake and another day visiting local towns, due to rainy weather. We had the entire property to ourselves, which was most enjoyed by our 5-year-old black lab, Jake, who had the roam of the property. Once it was time for our departure, we met with the owner once again who welcomed us back for another stay and wished us our way.

The cabin was an awesome, secluded place to stay. A group of us rented the place for the weekend and we did not regret it! The cabin has three bedrooms (with one king, two fulls, and two single beds) with a giant living room and a decent sized back porch. The cabin comes with all the basic amenities, a gas grill, and was VERY clean. I would definitely recommend this place for any trip. The only downfall is that you have to drive about five to ten minutes to go swimming at a nearby state park.

Great weekend! As we pulled into our cabin 10-14 deer ran across our path letting us know we were in for a great weekend. Beautiful view, with a cute rustic feel in the cabin. would recommend to anyone! perfect for a quiet get away or would be perfect to rent all the cabins with lots of family and friends!
