This is probably one of the best condos my wife and I have stayed in. It is very well maintained and in great shape, tastefully decorated and very spacious. During our stay, the building/tenants was very quiet. Some key points that I wanted to share
1. The Owners Debbie and Ray communicated very well with us and were very quick to answer any and all questions.
2. The condo was well stocked. I am used to having a starter pack of everything but there was enough provided for the entire stay. Really the only thing I needed was laundry soap, dryer sheets, and coffee.
3. Great location. The condo is in a very quiet area and for this time of year, the beach was practically empty. The view of the sunrise is amazing. You are within 30-45 minutes of nearly everything NMB has to offer.
4. Condition of the condo was better than expected. Furnishings were really nice, cable tv in all rooms, nice outdoor furniture on balcony. You are even provided with a couple of beach chairs. Fully furnished kitchen to include some spices.
5. I will stay here again if I visit NMB, which I am sure I will. I am pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove at this condo. It had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and even had a beach chair for us to use. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time and the condo was everything we needed! Kitchen was very well appointed, we cooked as well as ate out. Debbie and Ray were fantastic answered all our questions and gave thorough instructions without having too much to do on checkout. The unit is perfect and you can’t beat the view! So relaxing.

Access to beach and view of beach and ocean is excellent. Unit is very nicely equipped, including bedding, dishes, tissues, towels, plates, utensils, coffee makers, dish soap, Wi-Fi, jigsaw puzzles, books, games, etc. You name it, owners have thought of it and provided it. Only deficiency is the need for more towel racks or places to hang wet towels or bathing suits. Communication with owners is very good and they are reachable for help if needed.

2nd time at this condo for us. Very clean, kitchen has everything we needed. Owners wonderful to communicate with. Love the key code access instead of keys. The building itself is clean, great location, pool and lazy river are a big hit with the family. Definitely recommend this property. Had a wonderful vacation. Hopefully we can return in the future.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Loved how there was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Owner was quick with replies, when needed. Only downside was our pillows had hair amd makeup on it from the last guests. We would definitely stay again! I would rate this condo 4.9 1/2

The unit was very clean, and the owners were immediate in their response when we had a slight issue with the elevator code. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture. Our stay was restful except for about 3 or 4 nights when some rambunctious spring break revelers were still revelling into the wee hours of the morning. Some were in the condos across the street, but the sound carries between buildings. Also, as "seniors", we would have appreciated grab bars in the showers, but the bathrooms were otherwise well equipped. The owners might save on their energy costs with a little weather stripping under the door into the condo. Quite a draft there on cooler days and nights.
Overall, the condo provided us with an excellent vacation. The owners were very responsive to all our questions.

When you walk through the door you just say, wow! The view from the living room and master bedroom and balcony are so beautiful. The condo was as it was described. It was clean, bright and linens included were a huge plus. We had never stayed at Cherry Grove before but we will definitely be back! We absolutely loved our stay.

Terrific condo fully facing the ocean. Plenty of room for our group and extremely convenient beach and pool access. Condo had everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Oceanfront balcony had plenty of width to allow everyone to enjoy the sounds and views daily.

Paradise Pointe 7C was a great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean! We loved the balcony with high top table and chairs. Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels and even beach chairs. Owners were easy to contact and answer questions.

The beds were comfortable and and the master bedroom has a great view from the ocean front condo. I liked the extra security with the elevator code as well.. 7C was the unit we stayed in and have already discussed coming back next year..I talked with one of the owners, Debbie on the phone and she was very sweet too!

The balcony faces the ocean and we spent a lot of time out there. The beach area in front of the condo is large enough that we didn't need to put our chairs our super early. There are a couple of chairs available for the beach and some sand toys! You may want a beach umbrella, sun shelters are not allowed on the beach. You can also rent chairs and an umbrella.
We walked along the beach to The Cherry Grove Pier for lunch and beverages. You can also go the other directions to some tidal pools. Look for the hermit crabs!
Debbie, the owner, was wonderful about connecting with us. We thank her for allowing us to enjoy a week at the beach.

Great family vacation on the beach
We loved our week at the beach. The condo has a beautiful seventh floor view of the ocean/beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location. Close to attractions. The kids loved hunting for crabs on the beach, in the evening. The owners are great and very responsive. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect for Us!!
The condo was exactly as advertised, but the balcony was probably the most used “room”. We enjoyed the ocean breeze and the beautiful beach. Condo beautifully decorated, very clean and really comfy. There was four of us, all adults, and so appreciated the 3 bedrooms with a bathroom for each. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was always clean and the elevator codes provided security for the building. There were 4 televisions in the condo, living room and each bedroom, and each presented a challenge to turn on (each was a little different) but once we figured that out reception was fine. Beautiful part of Myrtle Beach and a great vacation.

The condo was all we could hope for. Had all the amenities we wanted. Ocean front view was wonderful each morning with my coffee. The kids loved the pools and the easy beach access. Overall a great week at the beach.
