This two bedroom two bath condo is bright and airy and has plenty of space for up to six guests. The scenic Deschutes River runs adjacent to Sunriver Resort, which means you can spend the day fishing for the night's meal, explore nature in a canoe, or take a whitewater adventure. This home also comes with six unlimited use SHARC passes so you can enjoy the fun of the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center whenever you want! Sunriver Resort also includes tennis courts, paved trails, golf courses, and more! Or, simply head home and sink into the leather sofas in front of the gas fireplace. This spacious condo has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room featuring a flat screen TV complete with cable and a DVD player, a fireplace, and soft leather furniture. The convenient kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, as well as a toaster and coffee maker - making breakfast preparation super easy! The dining table has plenty of room for six people to enjoy a home-cooked meal. In addition, the laundry room with a washer and dryer allow you to stay fresh during your stay. When it's time to head to bed, there are two bedrooms - each with their own flat screen TV and attached bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second has two queens. With an additional loft area featuring a pull-out sofa bed, everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep. This condo is ideal for a family looking for a place to create fond vacation memories each year. You will feel right at home in this comfortable space while enjoying easy access to all the family-friendly amenities Sunriver Resort has to offer! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Overall the condo was great. It was cozy and accommodated our family of 5. Great location. The house was dated but it was a good price.

Stayed here solo for a conference at the resort. Served this purpose well as it was a short walk to the Great Hall.

We take one family vacation each year to Sunriver. We have rented several homes on the years and this was by far our worst experience. The house has electrical demons. If we ran the microwave while using the oven, it would trip a breaker. If we ran the dishwashing while using the dryer, it would trip a breaker. Also, the AC doesn't work and the washing machine is broken. This is an old house with lots of problems. Please find another listing.

Vacasa and the renter failed to disclose a massive construction project taking place on the property until the week of my trip. Every morning at 7 AM, the property would shake like there was a small earthquake.
Not exactly the relaxing vacation I expected when I booked.

This home has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Sunriver. Great location and close to lodge and village. I did find that the house is dated and in need of a few upgrades…like the kitchen. The stove still is electric coils. Not really a big deal, but the price and fees are pretty expensive so I guess I expected a bit more. However, the house was clean and had everything thing we needed.

Enjoyed remembering the many ski trips and summer family gatherings spent here. Unit definitely needs carpets cleaned/replaced, however, and a few other minor maintenance upgrades to keep it in impressive condition.

We stay at Sunriver every year, the condo was nice but dated. Very pretty downstairs, nice fireplace. The upstairs bedroom was very dark, only one lamp and cords wouldn’t stay in the outlets. Unfortunately it was very smoky outside.

The property was a little dated, but it provided us a place to stay. The location was excellent being so close to the village. There is no central air and the portable air conditioner is basically useless to keep the house cool, luckily the home had fans we could use and open the windows at night. The outside furniture was not usable at all, looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Would have been helpful to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own chairs.

We enjoyed our stay and it's close proximity to the Village and ease of access. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The couch could use replacing but otherwise, we're so happy to have grabbed this for our spring break trip.

Due to short notice and the holiday season, this cabin was one of few options left within walking distance to the Sun River village area during the holiday break. I compared all the ratings and pictures to the Sun River lodge but due to covid thought a private cabin was better and safer for our family of four even if that meant dated interiors.First impression was not good - we finally got into the unit, to find the sliding glass door on the main floor wide open, letting in freezing air, and more importantly, leaving us unsure if the unit was broken into, still occupied, or otherwise. Calling the after hours line quickly resolved this with a return call by maintentance who indicated they were doing some minor repairs and left without closing the door. The unit itself only has the location working in it's favor currently, compared to more modern units of similar size, layout and price in the area. Book elsewhere.The reviews from 2019 mentioned missing window blinds - this is STILL the case. My kids were upstairs in the room with even less window blinds and slept poorly due to about a quarter of the entire window blinds being gone. In the living room, part of a blind is broken off and was poorly attempted to be repaired using regular tape. Didn't work. The unit overall is very old which would be fine if some parts of it were updated - the only thing bearing any modern hints if the semi-modern appliances and a mirror. Everything else looks, has the functionality and poor quality, and dirty feeling to it, of a motel six room from 1994. The unit appears to be maintained when needed, The overall conditions of the unit are a result of the owners and Vacasa's choosing to have such an old place with thin walls and really stained carpet and still do nothing about it. Would love a refund due to the lack of sleep from the missing blinds.

Good location, clean
Property owners really need to do some upgrades to this property as it is worn. Everything was clean and neat, just lacking the nicer features that would warrant the price for this accommodation. Location is nice. And, since there is no mention in the listing, there are two adult bikes and two child bikes that come with the rental. We had to rent two adult bikes as we assumed that the bikes were all adult since we never heard otherwise from the property manager. Lots of kitchen cooking pans, etc. Also suggest that the sharp knives get sharpened as they are so dull, one could really hurt yourself trying to cut with them.

Great location
We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend for three nights. The unit is located within walking distance to the Sunriver village. The unit has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of space and all amenities. It also came with 4 bikes which was just the right number for our family. Saved us some money that way. It also comes with passes to the pool however we didn’t use since the pools were still closed. Overall I recommend this place.

Clean and great for the price!
Our family enjoyed our stay here. Great bang for the buck. The blinds for the upper room have a couple missing slats so if you sleep in and are sensitive to light it may be a distraction. It wasn't for us as well were up relatively early for skiing and snowboarding in the winter when the sun gets up later and is not as bright.

Proximity good, needs some updates
The unit is very close to sunriver village. We also felt like the beds were very comfortable and the living room and dining room furniture were very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some broken blinds, drawers, and other small things throughout the unit that need to be fixed. We ran out of propane in the second day and couldn’t grill anymore. In regards to the blinds, it would be nice to have curtains in the bedrooms because there were some missing and you could see right in the bedroom at night and it was super bright in the morning. We found a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and other garbage under the bed upstairs, too.

It was a great place to stay
My co-worker and I attended a conference. This condo was walking distance to the Great Hall where our conference took place. It was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Great location! With air-conditioning!
This home is walking distance to the village! What a bonus to be able to dine and then saunter home, passing the occasional deer along the way! It's air-conditioning works great and we sure did need it on one of the days we stayed! Friends had a rental with no air and were miserable - not us! Thank you!
