House is furnished including kitchen cookware dishwasher etc. Includes for your use: 2 sets of golf clubs, bicycles, fishing poles, and beach stuff: towels, noodles, boogie boards, umbrellas, mats, cooler etc.. Garage has tools for any car repairs if needed for longer term renters.
Citrus trees on property. Pick your own fruit during your stay. Oranges, grapefruit, Jan- Feb.
Close to Venice. Shark tooth capital of the world. 50 minutes to Sarasota and 50 minutes to Fort Myers. Grocery store and pharmacy are less than 1 mile.

The property manager was very helpful when I had an issue with the app. Communication was great. We were able to fish and looks for sharks teeth thanks to him having items available. The house is very cozy and had everything I need to make meals with.
