With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous cabinetry, you'll find all the essentials necessary to prepare and serve a delicious meal...all you'll need to provide is the food! Including a gas range, there is also a dishwasher, microwave and coffee-maker. Off both the living room and the kitchen you'll discover sprawling Verandas. With almost 300 days of sunshine a year in Sedona, and this outside living area with all the natural beauty surrounding you, you'll want to spend a lot of time outside. Whether you are grilling up dinner on the gas grill, baking pizza in the brick pizza oven, enjoying the serenity of a sunrise while sipping your morning coffee, or simply unwinding at sunset after a day of hiking, you can't help but be awestruck by the fabulous Red Rock views of Courthouse and Bell Rock. The 2nd bedroom is also a master with its own private full bath with tub, Queen size bed, and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and ceiling fan. There is also another separate bathroom, with a tiled walk in shower. Although Sedona has much to explore, you are also only about 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
