- Winter travel requires 4WD with snow tires or chains
- Max 5 guests per unit – quiet hours apply 10PM to 8AM
- Guests are responsible for light cleaning at checkout: wash dishes, start towel laundry, sweep floors, strip beds, remove trash, crack windows ~3″, thermostats to 55°F
- Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo. No room for trailers.
- Condo Phone: (719) 207-9071 Free local & long-distance calls. All 3 condos share this party line; turn the ringer ON if you're expecting calls.
- Spotty, limited cell phone reception, we suggest Wi-Fi Calling, this works well.
- Check-in: from 3 PM via door code (last 4 digits of phone number)
- Check-out: by 10 AM (a $100 fee applies for late departures)

Gigi is a wonderful host! The beds were comfortable and the house is stocked with lots of reading material about local history, trails, and flowers. We hope to be back!15 minutes up the road is a great spot to watch the sun rise or set.

Gigi is like family! The place is well kept and exactly what is needed for an escape to the mountains. Perfect for couples, family (2 fun bunks built in) or a place to share with friends. Closest thing you can get to the ski area. Nice deck and hot tub for the day's end. Love it! Gigi even took a big broom to clean the snow from my car before I headed back down to town. 3

Gigi was a great host and the condo was a perfect location to Monach Mountain which doesn’t have its own lodging on site. Perfect for our family of 5.
