The view is breath taking!! This was my first time renting a VBRO and the process was simple. I will for sure come back in the future for another stay, I could never get bored with such a beautiful place and view. The house was very clean and I have no complaints.

Stunning views, well appointed and a kitchen with all we needed to make Christmas dinner, and a short walk to the wonderful town of Manitou Springs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

This house was furnished with everything you would need to make yourself feel right at home. We have a 19 month old that was very interested in all the stairs, but there were multiple sets of baby gates to help keep him off. The view was even more beautiful than the pictures online.

This property is ideally located perched above downtown Manitou Springs. Very walkable to the shops and restaurants but high enough to have incredible views of the town, the mountains, sunrises and sunsets. Very unique design that is a little quirky at times but very interesting. Extremely clean with everything in the house in working order. Would highly recommend for multiple couples traveling or for families.

The view from the house is breathtaking. During morning coffee we even had a 9 point deer look in the window. What a huge surprise! Recommend

The house and the views did not disappoint. House was very clean and ready for us earlier than check in time. Location was wonderful and close to everything Manitou and a few minutes from Colorado Springs. I Was not able to reach the property manager regarding a Bluetooth speaker that we would have liked to have been able to use. The only one they had in the house would not connect to my iPhone. Would have liked to be able to listen to music but next time I’ll bring my own. The shower in the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed was extremely small and awkward. We ended up using the tub shower on the main floor. These are minor inconveniences. overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the location of this house in Manitou Springs! The views were stunning of the surrounding mountains! The house has a very unique and modern architecture with large windows to take advantage of the views which you don’t get tired of. I could look at the view all day. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and dishes, pots and pans. Manitou Springs is in the prettiest setting. We enjoyed walking around the main streets and it has several restaurants and coffee shops. It was about a 10 minute walk down into the town from the house (a little steep on the way back but great exercise!). The town is close to Pikes Peak, and other wonderful hiking areas which we really enjoyed like North Cheyenne Mountain State Park and Mueller State park. The owners are very responsive to any questions. The house does get warm in late afternoon because of the western exposure and the large shades in the house really help with that. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms do not have doors so you can hear a lot of noises if someone is in the kitchen or living room. Overall, this is a wonderful house in a great location.

The view doesn’t get any better in Manitou! The house is very unique and comfortable. I loved the separation of bedrooms to give everyone their privacy. It’s location is a short 5-10 min walk to town giving the convenience of enjoying everything Manitou has to offer.

This is our second year staying in this beautiful home and this time was just as wonderful as the first. Immediately upon entrance you are greeted with a grand view of the mountains from an impeccably clean home. Every direction you turn allows you to take in the iconic Colorado views. The home is appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay with family. We look forward to continuing our yearly adventures to this beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable for six adults. Manitou Springs has a lot of character and is in a perfect location to explore the surrounding attractions. We had a great time visiting The Gardens of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the Manitou Cliff Dwellings and hiking in Cheyenne Canyon. If you are looking for an adventure vacation this location is truly hard to beat.

Upon arrival we were in awe of the place…it was at the top of the neighborhood, overlooking the mountains. There were two separate patios that had amazing views. The views weren’t limited to being outside, though. Each bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen had windows from floor to ceiling. The house also had such unique architecture that made it both aesthetic and cozy. Even when it stormed every night, we were comfortable in the living room, with blankets provided. There were even board games and puzzles we could entertain ourselves with! When weather was nice, we ventured to downtown Manitou springs, which is only a 5-7 minute walk away. It’s also a very short car ride to tourist destinations like Garden of the Gods and he Cogs Railway that takes you to Pike’s Peak.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable! The house was very roomy, kitchen stocked with everything you need, and location to Manitou Springs was perfect! The view was the best part and we loved eating out on the patio. Our family had an excellent time!

My husband and I, and our 2 grown daughters and their husbands all stayed. We chose it due to location and the views from all the bedrooms were beautiful! Everything was as described, but the bathrooms (showers/tubs) were a little on the small size with interesting configurations (i'm sure to maximize the bedroom views). We were gone quite a bit and it was nice being able to drink coffee/glass of wine outside but wouldn't be a great place for family with younger kids, because there really wasn't a place for the group to "hang out" comfortably inside (but that's not what we were there for). The views and proximity to the town (short walk) and to many attractions and trails did not disappoint!

We took our daughter, 2 nieces and 1 nephew to celebrate birthdays and graduation. We were very close to our outings that included the Cliff dwellings, zip lining, Garden of the Gods jeep tour and the cog railway to pikes peak. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had excellent serving dishes and utensils. The views were spectacular! The teens walked 5 minutes to the downtown shops. We spent time reading outdoors and staring at the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed family competition nights playing cranium and scrabble. This was our second stay and if we ever come back, we plan to stay here again.

Such a pleasure to stay in such a one of a kind house. The views were outstanding and close proximity to everything we wanted to do.. Garden of the gods, Manitou incline, cog railway. We enjoyed some great dinners in town. We had a fantastic and relaxing time.

What a perfect property to experience the four seasons of Colorado in 1 week. From a short walk downtown on a bright vibrant spring day to waking up to fresh snow this house delivered! And the views!!! Unbelievable and epic vacation! Our kids enjoyed spotting the house while eating in many of the local restaurants.

My family and I used this beautiful home as base camp for all of our Colorado adventures. The view was phenomenal, and waking up to sunrise on the mountains was a special treat. The home was stocked with anything we would need, including baby gates/play pens for our little one. Highly recommend!

Awesome view and great location for things to do in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. Make sure to check out the incline (it’s no joke) and Garden of the Gods. Host was great and flexible.

Property was amazing - easy walk to downtown and great Mountain Views. We had a snow storm while staying and the manager was so very accodomating. Recommend 4 WD vehicle.

My husband and 2 adult kids spent 4 days during the holiday. It was a perfect place for us with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was supplied with all we needed and we cooked many nice meals together. We loved all the windows from many rooms in the house with a spectacular view of the town, valley and mountains. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
