About this house rental
Located in Anaheim, this lovely house for $494 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautifully upgraded pool home perfect for 2-3 families. This five bedrooms 3 1/2, baths home has three cal-king master bedrooms, two of which have ensuites. The remaining master shares a hallway bathroom with two children's rooms with Full over Full Bunk beds. All bedrooms have a 43' plasma TV with cable. The home has tile and hardwood floors, except two master bedrooms with upgraded carpet. The family room, located right off the entryway, has a sizeable Sectional Sofa and den with a Queen pull-out Sleeper Sofa and 43' TV. Off of the family room is a spacious open-concept kitchen with a dining room overlooking the pool. The dining room seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. A glass slider off the kitchen and dining room takes you to the rear yard with a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The game Room is in the garage with Ping Pong & Billards table and toys. There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, booster chairs for guest use, and a full-size washer and dryer. Main Living Room has a 60' Plasma TV with a DVD player. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central air and heat. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee pool heated to 82. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. We loved this house. The rules were fairly strict due to community level crackdowns on rentals, but the rules were very well communicated and expectations were clear. Would highly recommend this property!

A Disastrous Stay at a Neglected Property
I recently stayed at this property that was, frankly, a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a series of distressing issues that made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. First, the property had significant structural problems. The most alarming was a missing skylight, leaving a gaping hole in the roof.l outside. This not only allowed weather elements to enter but also raised serious safety concerns. The walls were not spared either, with noticeable holes and cracks that seemed to have been neglected for a long time. The interior of the property was in a state of disrepair. The tiles in various rooms were cracked and broken, creating a hazardous environment to walk around. The furniture, which looked promising in the photos, was a letdown – futon sofas and a chairswere ripped and stained, and lamps and bedposts were broken. In the kitchen, the situation was no better. Several cabinet doors did not close properly.It was evident that the property had not been well-maintained. To top it all off, there were numerous other problems throughout the property that made my stay uncomfortable. From leaky plumbing to general disrepair, it was clear that this property was not fit for rental. Overall, my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The lack of maintenance and care was evident, and it significantly impacted my stay. I would strongly advise against anyone renting this property until these s

The layout in the home is a little funky, with 2.5 bathrooms on one side of the house with the master bedrooms and only 1 bathroom on the other side with 3 bedrooms. That being said, it worked our great for us! We loved the huge kitchen and table along with the living area. Lots of space to hang out with the pool area too plus the game room. We loved it! We had an issue with the garbage disposal and they came right out and fixed it.

While the property satisfied our needs the overall cleanliness & general condition of the home is lacking. Some areas needing general maintenance include stabilization of the dishwasher & lower tray. Within the refrigerator some of the shelves & drawers were broken. The electric kettle leaked when used. The exterior windows to the pool were filthy (must be seen at 5pm). Plumbing taps for hot & cold were different in every bathroom. The washing machine leaked causing carpet in area to be wet & smell. Garbage cans were full to extreme on arrival. Child walker & toys were dirty.

For a family of 9 this house was perfect. Rideshares to parks made it so convenient. And the pool, pool table, and ping pong table were family favorites.

We spent the week in Anaheim and this was the perfect location. It was minutes from Disney and about a half hour drive from Angel Stadium. The 5 bedrooms were exactly what we needed. House was bright and spacious. Pool and patio were clean. Outdoor gas grill was a nice touch even though we didn’t use it. House had some wear and tear inside like broken ice maker and some loose cabinet doors but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Towels and linens were awesome and loved having the washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. Body wash and shampoo were also provided as well as beach towels. If you have plans for Disneyland and have kids of any age this place is for you!

Great place, beautiful bedrooms, overall accurate listing. Pool could've been warmer (def wasn't close to 82 degrees) and the trash needs to be tended to on a different schedule somehow but overall the maintenance personnel stayed in contact with us throughout the trash debacle from the previous stay. We didn't hear from property manager once we got in. Would definitely stay again nonetheless and greatly appreciate the man that helped with that issue and in general the continued responses from maintenance. We would recommend it to others who are looking for a relaxing getaway.

House was amazing. Caroline is the one that I always spoke with. She was amazing. Always responded right away to any questions or concerns I had. My kids loved it. The only thing they wanted was the pool and game room to stay open after 10pm. We just wanted to relax in the pool after 10pm. We couldn’t do that because of the California rules. Even with the game room. Again California rules. Overall the house was amazing and beautiful. Perfect for my family. Kitchen was nice and big. The rooms were also big. Mahalo from Hawaii.

Great house, perfect location, great neighborhood. Our family enjoyed our spring break! We brought 2 high schoolers and 2 middle schoolers and 3 adults and all had way more than enough space in the house. Kids had a blast in garage with pool and ping pong. There was enough showers for everyone to get ready for the day. We had enough of everything we needed for all 7 of us, space, towels, dishes, TVs, chairs at the table, beds of course. We will be back! Thank you!

The location was excellent for spending days at Disneyland with young kids. There was also easy access to groceries, take out, and food deliveries. As well as a nice playground in the neighborhood.
The house had lots of space and everything we needed. There was an issue with one of the showers but it was quickly resolved by management. As with most holiday rentals, it wasn't quite as polished as it appeared in the photos but it was still a nice house and fit our needs well.

We had a family reunion in the area so needed a large home for multiple families with young children to stay. This home was perfect. It has so much space and all the supplies needed for toddlers (multiple high chairs, boosters, strollers, pack ‘n plays, and toys). The pool was the best part; warm water to swim in and fun pool toys/accessories. There was plenty of space for three families to stay and the kitchen area and living areas also accommodated our large family. The place was great and we look forward to rent again!

The house was very clean and it was easy to check in. Everything was as described in the listing. The short drive to Disneyland was quick and easy. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive. One small thing that could be improved; a lit on the house numbers. It was very difficult to see them at night.

There were two families with 9 total of us staying. The two master bedrooms and three extra bedrooms worked out perfectly. The Mgt was very responsive, house was clean, and we loved that we were only 8min drive from Disney. Ended up eating less in the park since there were some great restaurants around us like Mama Cossa’s. Great trip for us!
