The location was good; close to restaurants, shops and the tram line. Staff were helpful during check-in.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, no air conditioning meant windows needed to be left open. The rattling fan, street noise, and lighting made sleeping difficult. The site advertised parking at €10 / day, and I was told on checkout that night time parking was not included and was an extra €10 per night. For the price charged by this hotel for the conditions and service offered, we will not be returning when we come back to Saint-Étienne in 2 weeks nor will we be recommending this hotel.
