Staff were friendly, location was great. We stayed so we can walk to the convention center.
The property itself was great. My only stress was the check out sternness. $100/hour if you’re there after 10. $100/trash that was forgotten to go out. $10/towels you take. I get the towels but a fee for forgetting to take the trash down to the chute (which I’ve never done before at any stay) was surprising and the check out fee was stressful. We were there for an event so out late and my 6 year old slept in until 0930 the next morning, of check out. I had to pack everything in 10 minutes then go to north tower to unpack so we could shower and get ready for the day. I didn’t dare ask for a late checkout because of the sternness with exclamation marks about how it would be $100/hour. That was the only thing about our stay overall that was disappointing.

The location was excellent. On the ocean, near the venue where we watched a dance competition, several places to eat within walking distance, good parking garage, good elevator access, very friendly staff.
Our unit had nice tv’s and good size bathroom with mid height toilet. The towels were good. The king size bed was nice but took up too much space. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were very good. We did not use the kitchen area except to make coffee and put water bottles in the refrigerator.
Our rental unit was a very good size but terribly furnished. In the living room area there was one sofa and two large old chairs. No coffee or end tables to put any drinks on, no foot stools. The balcony had two plastic chairs (one had a cracked seat), there was a small round metal table and two matching stool chairs that needed serious rust attention and there was a small short plastic table for setting small things on. There was virtually no closet space for our hang ups. We had to move out a beach chair, small surf board, ironing board and a window fan to hang up four items. The rest of the space was storage for towels and bedding. We basically lived out of our suitcases except for two drawers in a cabinet. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything. There was one towel bar over the toilet.
