Situated in Anaheim, this lovely house for $404 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Completely remodeled beautiful home. Our four-bedroom three-bathroom home is perfect for two families. Two Master Bedrooms with ensuites: one cal-king bed and one queen bed. Two additional children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating located in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed wireless internet. All bedrooms have 43' TVs with cable. The home has central air and heat. Located through the queen master bedroom is access to the game room with ping pong and a full-size pool table. There are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for your infants and toddlers to use. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage as well. Off the living room, you have access to the rear yard. In-ground pool with outdoor seating, covered patio, and Natural Gas BBQ grill. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool, pool heated to 82 *All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival, we recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. We loved this place! My family of 8 stayed here and it was amazing. The property is well maintained, and exactly what one needs for a home away from home. The only thing I wish I knew was that yes it’s 1/4 miles from Disneyland, but on foot it’s definitely further. Also we found a leftover article of clothing in one of the closets and parts of a soap bar on the soap shelf in the master shower.Otherwise this place is awesome. There’s a pool and I was worried about my littles but there security alarm works wonders! My daughter tried to open the door once, and quickly learned her lesson. And row game room is a wonderful bonus! Plus all of the perks like availability strollers! The kids loved the bunk beds too.

This property checked all the boxes and was as advertised, Plenty of sleeping space for our 2-family party of 9. Adequate kitchen and dining area. The walk to the trams or directly to Downtown Disney was 15- 20 minutes (because you have to walk around the parking structures). It was convenient versus having to park at Disney. The common space in the house is a tight squeeze for 9 but that wasn’t an issue for us as we spent nearly all the time in the parks. The towels and bedding were a bit worn and the “bonus bed” in the bunk room wasn’t great (we didn’t even use it for our 9 yr old) - but with the pull out sofa there was still room for all.

The house is adorable. The lay out was fantastic for our family. With two master suites and one that adjoins the game room was perfect for our daughter and her husband and two small boys. They have so much to use while you are there. We brought a stroller and we didn’t have to there were all kinds to use. The pool is a beautiful area. There is not much grass except in the front yard so if you want a grassy area this house doesn’t have that. Kitchen is great and plenty of seating around tables. This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so kind.

This house was great, with all of the amenities! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were close to everything, including Disneyland. If you happen to miss the fireworks at DL, you can watch them from the street. :) Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the location and the home in general. The extensive list of rules are off putting. The city of DISNEYheim (Anaheim) is not VRBO friendly so these restrictions are not from rental agency they are city restrictions. Great place for a quit family vacation. The beds are comfortable although they have only a sheet and bedspread and no blankets in the house. We learned from Carolyn that they are available upon request but we had already purchased blankets. Check out time is 10 am and check in isnt until 4pm. You can request an early check in but it will cost you an extra $50 per hour +tx. All in all it was a great house and we would happily stay again.

Enjoyed our stay, 3 adults, 4 teens. The pool, pool table and ping pong table kept everyone off screens and 15 minute walk into downtown Disney was great! Would stay again!

The property is close to Disneyland and it was a short walk back and forth. It was nice to have a pool, but it did not feel heated as promised and is in need of repair. There were no bath mats and limited towels, so we had to wash them during our stay. The property needs a deep cleaning, new bedding (scratchy), and regular pest control. We saw several spiders and had three families members wake up with spider bites.
I would not stay at this property again. Also, although we were told we would receive our deposit a few weeks ago, it was not arrived.

The house is very clean and comfortable, however the best part about it is the location — walking distance to Disneyland! The property management was very responsive. I’m not very tech savvy, and they helped me prior to arrival getting everything in place.

This property is definetely close to Disneyland. Although we chose to drive because of physical limitations of our group. It was great not to deal with traffic.
The property is in a typical urban neighborhood where families live out their regular lives. Note that when looking at the property, the Aneheim City ordanances that restrict how and what you do at the property at not presented at all to you. We were not planning anything crazy but, for short-term rental properties, any outside activities between tbe hours of 10pm & 9am are not allowed. I was expecting to be able to enjoy the pool after a day at the park or an early morning dip. It probably wouldve been fine but the thought of getting kicked out for breaking city ordinaces, and the forfeit of all my costs did not suit me. A warning about city ordanances before purchasing this rental would be nice. If i had known the restrictions i may not have stayed.
There were security cameras on the exterior which are only supposed to be monitored between 10pm-9am but, there were also RING cameras which made me uncomfortable as I had no access to or any idea who had access to them or at what time.
The garage/game room/laundry room was only able to be accessed though the smaller master bedroom as the garage roll-up door was locked with a combo lock (which we were not provided with).
The house was very clean and although smaller with minor issues (bedding, doors, appliances), it accomodated 8 adults comfotably.

We stayed here with two families of four. It was the perfect distance from Downtown Disney/ Monorail / Parking lot of the Disney tram. Our youngest kids were 12 and we were able to walk to and from Disney. The tram to the parkinglot was helpful to get home at the end of a long day.
Best was the pool for a midday break from Disney! We would come home for a 3-4 hour break in the afternoon and take a relaxing dip in the pool and have some down time from the crowds.
Highly recommend. I would stay there again.

We wanted to be walking distance from Disneyland so we booked this place. It was perfect! We walked to the Pixar parking lot and took the tram to the park. Some days we just walked to Downtown Disney. Both were close. The house was very clean. The management was very responsive whenever we had questions. We didn't use the pool because it was rainy and cold. The beds were comfortable. Lots of cooking and baking supplies in the kitchen. Everything in the kitchen was very good quality. The bathrooms were very nice and modern. The master bedroom's bathroom had a large crack in the granite, but it didn't interfere with anything. The shower took a while to warm up, but once it was warm, it was very nice! We will definitely stay there again!

The best part about this location is that it is only 0.7 miles from Disneyland (3 minute drive). We chose to drive as we were concerned about walking at night in this neighborhood. The rooms had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We did not use the pool as it was cold and it rained almost the entire time we were here. We did get to see the Disneyland fireworks at the end of the night. We did have some issues with the booking process/payment as communication comes from a management company not VRBO-it's a bit confusing. My other issue, which might not bother others but it did us, is how often you are given the 3 page document of rules and regulations/city ordinances before arriving and upon arrival. To me it's off putting as it feels unwelcoming on your vacation.

We had 3 couples and a baby for a trip to Disneyland. The house had everything we needed and was such an easy walk to Disney each day. The backyard was cute, but we didn’t have to enjoy the pool. It was nice to have keyless entry for our varying schedules. Everything g was clean and ready to go. Both the property manager and the housekeeping manager we very helpful and quick to answer our questions and requests.

We enjoyed our stay and trip to Anaheim. The neighborhood was very close to Disney and we were able to walk there in less than 30 minutes. The home was cozy but beds were not the most comfortable so just beware if you have a bad back. The home is run by a property manager so communication was a little slow and the home needed a few repairs but overall we were happy considering the options at Disneyland. The home was affordable, convenient and well worth the money we spent.

This location was amazing! It’s a very quick walk to the parks! The property managers were very responsive and quickly fixed the door alarm that had a low battery. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be close to the parks and need a lot of space for adults as wells as kids!

This property had a great proximity to be within walking distance to Disneyland. It is only about .8 mile walk to get to the gates. Listing says it is .25 but that is just to property lines of Disneyland. Overall great space easy check in and check out.

We had two families staying here with the goal of being close to Disneyland with a pool and this house delivered on both. Although it would have been nice to have a larger living room for the 7 of us, having the four bedrooms was key for getting good sleep after being on our feet all day. Loved seeing the Disney fireworks at the end of the street too! The walk from the house to Disney was easy for the kids (ages 5-9) and it was nice to be on the quiet side of the park after staying on the other side previously.

We took our 7 year old autistic son to Disney for the first time. The property is a 5 minute drive from the Parks. We opted to drive to the park everyday because the entrance to the park would have been too long a walk for my son. We didn’t want to tire him out before a day at Disney. Otherwise, it would have been a doable walk. Property was great, pool was perfect, and the entire process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The place had almost everything we needed to relax with the family while so close to Disneyland. My biggest request would be that all the beds were very uncomfortable. The springs were in our backs. A couple more box fans would be great too. Loved that you had different stroller options for us to use. That was super helpful.

House easily sleeps 8 with two Master Suites. Very clean with everything furnished as if it were your own home! Lyft/Uber was an 8 minute ride with traffic to Main Gate drop off. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice house. Was a great fit for our family. Location was good. A10 min. walk to Disney Town. If not for our little ones we could have easily walked to and from Disneyland everyday. Would highly recommend it.

The property was quiet and clean, but the notes and signs posted everywhere (eg: on the remotes, garbage disposal, toilet, thermostat) made the experience rather uninviting. The doors and locks are old and jammed, making it hard to get into the house or out to the pool area. Also, the furniture had an odd, not very useful arrangement (why does the living room have a right side L couch, not a left side?). Overall, this was equivalent to staying at a nice Ramanda Inn.
