Paradise Awaits!! Magnificent Views grace this gorgeous fully licensed luxury single family Home! Located in the premier South Melbourne Beach area, which is the most prestigious and sought-after area of Brevard County Beaches! Beautiful pool and hot tub! Private 3000 sq. ft. home has coral fireplace, leaded glass windows, huge 3rd floor sundeck, beautiful tiled floors, pool table, breakfast bar, dining table w/seating for 8+, master bedroom suite w/cathedral ceilings, deep jetted tub, plus separate tiled shower, private balcony, large walk-in closets throughout, elegant lighting and ceiling fans. All bedrooms have en-suite baths, 46" flat-screen TVs w/Netflix, blue ray players, cable, sound bars that have Bluetooth capability to stream music from your smart devices; great-room has 55'" flat-screen, etc. Wireless internet throughout. Perfect for families!
For the discriminating chef, we have two kitchens, back to back, one with gas cooktop and wall oven, one with electric range; dishwasher, two refrigerators!
Lots of decks, barbecue, outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas. Fish right from the beach! Swim, play, enjoy! We have a Beautiful Swimming pool and hot tub. We also have a path to the River and you can bring a canoe or paddle board for canoeing on the River; Lots of Fun! It's across from the house on the west side of Highway A1A and easliy found.

Great restaurants nearby, 5 miles to Sebastian Inlet State Park w/huge fishing pier, ocean and bay beach areas, shopping at Vero Beach factory outlet stores about 20 mile drive.
Disney World and SeaWorld are about 1 1/2 hour drive, visit Kennedy Space Center, about 1 hr. north, or world-famous Cocoa Beach, surfing and Ron Jon's Surf Shop.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful home. Beach was beautiful, every morning we could see new sea turtle nest and saw so many turtles in the ocean!

The house and property was clean. The host communicated well. The beach view was fantastic with large windows looking into the ocean. It also had multiple decks. The roof deck was also a great view all around.

This is your own private beach! Definitely will rent again. Very spacious. Owner very responsive. Super easy walk down to beach. Trough on beach allows for good fishing!

This home is in the perfect location! Close to restaurants, groceries, the inlet, etc. its location directly on the beach is ideal. Besides a couple other rentals a few houses away, you have your very own private beach! It’s also extremely well equipped. 2 washers and dryers, every pot pan, cooking utensils needed for preparing meals in, loads of beach equipment, even plenty of things for little ones like toys and pack and plays. There are 5 full bedrooms and bathrooms, which make this great for large families or groups, and it’s quite comfortable. It’s rather unusual to find a beachfront property in this area with a pool. It’s such a nice break from the salt water, especially for younger children who may not love the waves. The owner and property manager are very responsive and helpful with any needs. The only slight criticism I would have is that it could use a good deep cleaning (property manager was going to talk with the cleaning crew). If you’re on the fence, book this one. You’ll have a great vacation!
