Also, there is a breakfast bar that seats two. The Laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen with top of the line full size stacked washer/dryer. The living area has a full size sleeper sofa which is perfect for extra guests. The 52"TV is perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite movie or program. A DVD player is provided. Wifi is included for your enjoyment. There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a vanity and walk-in shower. Additional storage is located adjacent to this bathroom. Upstairs features three bedrooms and a full size bathroom with a vanity and an oversized tub/shower combination. There is also a wraparound deck which is outfitted with adirondack chairs and a Bistro table to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views. The master bedroom has a new king bed where you can relax and enjoy the awesome ocean views and sounds through the doors that open to the deck! The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. This bedroom also has French doors that access the wrap around deck. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. It's a perfect room for the children! For your comfort, the home has ceiling fans throughout and zoned Heating/AC. Outdoor living is set up for your enjoyment. Dine and relax on the brick patio that overlooks the large front yard. There is plenty of room to play and maybe even set up a volleyball net! The house is equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, enclosed outdoor storage for your toys/bikes and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet and all of the treasures you find on the beach. The #5 ocean access is directly opposite the house. Simply cross the road, where you are just steps to the beach. Less than a two minute walk!
