Nestled in Greers Ferry Lake, this attractive house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Lakehouse Paradise is a great escape for those staying on Greers Ferry Lake. Located in Edgemont, Arkansas, this rentalm offers close proximity to swimming areas, boat launches and marinas, lake and river fishing access, three tremendous golf courses, walking trails, grocery and convenience stores, and restaurants, including Jansen's Lakeside Restaurant, which is within walking distance. Our home can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. Our vacation home is situated on over one acre of amazing tree covered grounds. The property backs up to the white line of the middle fork section of Greers Ferry Lake. The large front deck overlooks a breath taking lake view across Edgemont Road. The 2007 built main house offers a well-appointed and beautifully decorated open concept living, dining and kitchen area, a master bedroom with master bath, a half bath, and laundry room, all located on the first floor. A lovely wood burning fireplace adorns the living room. The kitchen bar and dining area table can seat up to 14. Two large bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. These bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen beds, a full bed, a full size futon sofa bed for adults and 2 sets of bunk beds for children less than 100 lbs. each. The home is fully furnished and provides all that is necessary for a vacation retreat. The outside area of the property has an additional deck on the back of the house, a large gravel circular parking area, gravel parking area at the side of the house, and a gravel patio area in front of and under the large deck on the front side of the house. This lower area offers the same breath taking lake view as the large front deck. A metal fire pit and a charcoal grill are provided for outdoor gatherings. Seating/dining for 12 is provided on the upper deck and 8 Adirondack chairs are situated under the covered gravel patio area. Additional outdoor seating is provided as needed. Located just miles from this amazing property are the cities of Fairfield Bay and Greers Ferry. Services located in one or both of these locations are putt-putt golf, horseback riding, a beautiful fee based large swimming pool, marinas with boat, boat slip, and jet ski rental; 2 golf courses, 3 campgrounds, all with swim beaches; boat launch areas, parks, banks, post offices, medical and dental clinics, pharmacies, and well stocked grocery stores. Traveling for several more miles you will find the cities of Heber Springs and Clinton, The Little Red River, Buffalo National River, and Blanchard Springs Caverns. Lakehouse Paradise provided the perfect space for our group of 7-9 with room leftover. Beds for everyone without sleeping on those uncomfortable pullout sofas! Kitchen stocked with everything. Plenty of paper towels, trash bags, bath towels, laundry detergent, everything! I tend to pack the house but that truly isn’t necessary here. The view of the lake was priceless and the location was great. 4 miles to Lacey’s Marina and 10 miles to Sugar Loaf. Several others nearby as well. Plenty of food options and a small grocery store. The Spinks do a wonderful job with detail from beginning to end and truly take pride in a clean and lovely home.

Everyone loved the beautiful house and location. All my great-grand children went to move down here. We had 4 generations of our family together and could not have picked a better place. We highly recommend this place.

Nice vacation option. Difficult for someone on crutches or with mobility issues. The back porch is very homey and where we are most of our meals. Would definitely rent again and would recommend.

Wonderful time had by all! Every thing you would need and more already there. Rained everyday but didn’t dampen our spirits. Very small town, if visiting I make sure you do all of your grocery shopping ahead of time the nearest Walmart is about 30 minutes away. Beautiful lake view. Owners very attentive and helpful, highly recommended place to stay. We had 11 of us that stayed, if you don’t mind bunking together the bedrooms are very spacious.

My car had a little trouble finding house!!But we made It great with a Good looking police escort! I think the neighbors were a little worried! The rest of fam found it easy! The house was extremely clean and very well stocked. The owners were communicative and helpful. The view of the lake is great. There is a large deck. It is short drive to Lacey’s Marina. The only negative for us is that is nowhere to take a walk nearby. The house is off of a very busy street.

My family of six had an amazing stay at this beautiful and perfectly set up place. We had everything we needed to settle in for a longer stay. We loved the area and enjoyed exploring the lake and day trips to the Ozark Folk Center and Buffalo National River. And we spent plenty of time taking in the amazing view from the deck. We were a bit worried about not having WiFi, but were able to manage necessities and even Zoom calls via cellular hotspot, and taking a family break from streaming video was really great - the excellent movie and game collection kept us well-entertained, the kids did some epic fort building in their room, and everyone did plenty of reading on the deck. My husband found it easy to cook in the well-stocked kitchen, and we loved picking up from Janssen’s. The owners were friendly, responsive, and detailed in their communications, and their attention to every detail was clear in the impeccably clean and organized house. We would definitely return!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we hope not the last. The house is very inviting, clean, roomy, and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. We prepared meals most nights. The master suite is roomy and the king size bed was very comfortable. The property is wooded and quiet. One of our favorite things was sitting on the front porch and enjoying the beautiful lake view. The boat launch we used is about 5 minutes away and only $5 per day. There are a few restaurants close by and the grocery store is not far. The Spinks were very accommodating . We highly recommend this place!

Nice size bedrooms with plenty of beds. did not feel cramped with space. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and did not feel like we were on top of each other. The only suggestion I have is another chair for the living area. with 6 adults it was hard to all sit in living room to watch a movie. Overall Great!
