Located in Red River, this lovely house for $189 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Riverbend Townhouse 2 Deluxe is a great three-story townhome that sits right on the river on the west end of Red River, New Mexico. With three bedrooms, a loft, and three bathrooms this home will make sure there is enough room for everyone. Take a step out onto the upper balcony to have an amazing view of the mountains! When you walk through the front door you will have to go up the first flight of stairs or step into the first bedroom. The lower bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a double sleeper futon, a TV, an additional kitchen, and access to a full private bathroom. The stairs will lead you to two more bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed in each and both have access to the hallway bathroom. After another flight of stairs, you will reach the main level of Riverbend Townhouse 2. The living room is spacious and open with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV with a DVD player giving our guests the option of watching cable or movies that have been brought from home. Guests staying here will also be able to enjoy the free WiFi that is provided. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out to give guests another queen bed. Then the kitchen offers plenty of counter space and extra seating at the kitchen bar. There is additional seating at the small dining table that can sit up to four people. Walking up the last flight of stairs you will find yourself standing in the spacious loft. This loft is equipped with a queen bed and two twin beds. If you are looking for something a little smaller you can just rent out the Riverbend Townhouse 2. This will leave you with two bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms. This home is Not Pet Friendly This home does Not have AC No Trailer Parking

Nice location with the river running infront of the property. Great fishing spot and fun for the kids. Unit is run down, appliances were old and some did not work. Unit has no air conditioning and had to call for fans.

Property was a great size for our family group, the location was close to the ski area, and property management was very responsive. We really enjoyed the view of the ski hill in the distance from the balcony.

The property was clean, a little out dated but they were remodeling the unit next door, so it may be updated soon. It was not as close to town as we like. It accommodated our large group well. I would not have minded the location if there were a bridge to get to the other side of the river, and it would be nice to clean up the portion of the river in front of the property. I didn’t like that we were told check in would be at 3 then once I had every one arrive at 3 we had to wait 2 1/2 hours after driving 10 hours, with kids. The staff was friendly. We had a good time.

Living room was much smaller than anticipated from the photos and had limited seating. Carpets were in need of a very good cleaning. Game pieces were on floors and window sills when we arrived. Condo did not seem level at all, would get dizzy walking up the steps and things were rolling off of the counters. To get new towels every other day you had to drive to the other side of town to rental office and exchange them which isn’t a big deal just something to plan for. First floor is single room/kitchen condo. Second floor is bedrooms and bathroom. Third floor is living, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Fourth floor is loft bedroom. So lots of stairs which other renters already commented on. Kitchen and bedding were stocked well. We had plenty of hot water for showers. Heating vents run along bottom of walls which might be common but keeping our babies from touching them was a chore. Front screen door did not close. Several electrical outlets are wore out and in need of replacements- our things would not stay plugged in- especially in bedrooms- they would fall right out. Again, not a terrible condo, just definitely not a 3/4 star rental with much room for improvement.

Staff at Red River Real Estate are very friendly and helpful. When new snow kept us from getting up or down a short hill to our Condo, they assured us that the city would be out to correct the problem. I have to be frank and say this unit is dated and showing its age. Water damage throughout the unit. The whole building is literally leaning downhill. Hot water was limited for second and third level bathrooms so be sure to spread out the water use. Linens and counters were clean but the carpet really filthy. Roach and/or rat droppings noted throughout both units 2 and 2e. You’ve got to have some good knees and like stairs since this place has three levels to it. I gave it three stars for close proximity to town. Red River gives you that small town warmth and family feeling which I give it 5 stars and we will return but not to this unit.

We had a blast because we spend all day skiing. We were told the fireplace was gas but on arrival to the townhome the fireplace was clearly wood burning so we didn’t have any dry wood. The BBQ pit worked fine and the sleeping room was sufficient for our group of 14. I would reccomened the home to friends and family but for our group with kids the stairs quickly got old and difficult to carry all gear up and down. Hot water (even when rushing through showers) didn’t last but two people in the lower level studio. We are camper owners so we understand being efficient when trying to get 5 people showered but this just was not possible to have hot water after 2. The staff at the real estate company was friendly and helpful. The real eastate company was quick to answer back on questions before our arrival and during our stay. Overall the stay was good! If it were just us grown ups going I would definitely rebook here.

Place was clean and plenty of space for everyone. We also rented the studio on the first floor. Never ran out of clean towels. Only down side was all the stairs in the condo but it was not that bad to deal with. Parking was right outside our door which was nice. They even sent a person to jump start our truck. Management was helpful and nice.
