303 Gardenia was the perfect spot for my wife and me to spend the week in West Palm Beach. Excellent location within walking distance to everything the area has to offer, from shopping, to restaurants and a quick trip to the beach. Karen greeted us upon our arrival and was super helpful. Bonnie is such a gracious host checking in on us to be sure that we had all that we needed for a great stay. We highly recommend this property and this host.

A dated, but exceptionally clean, attractively appointed apartment, ideally located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to many fine restaurants and downtown W. Palm Beach activities, as well as the waterfront. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Free parking is just across the street and the queen bed has a great mattress. The owner was friendly and communicative. My only small noted flaw was a loud bathroom fan that was on continuously with the light, which was disconcerting to anyone in the bed 6 feet away. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would return in the future.

This is a great place to stay downtown. The location can’t be beat—half way between Clematis and Rosemary Square (City Place). The apartment was very clean and fully stocked with utensils and supplies. Will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 weeks. The studio apartment had everything we needed. The location was great. We could walk to any type of restaurant we wanted and great shopping near by. Nice walk along the intercoastal. About 30 to 40 minutes to the WEF horse show which worked great for us. Leon was great. Told us how to get to City Place, restaurants and the best beach! We will be back!

Leon was great help in setting up our stay and checking in with us throughout. We stayed a long weekend in apartment five, a studio. It was incredibly spacious and everything we needed was there, including a ridiculously comfortable bed.. Between the actual room, the awesome location, and the reasonable price I would recommend this place to anyone. Hoping we have another reason to visit WPB so we can stay again!

We can't say enough good about this place. Apt is well furnished, in great condition, well stocked with kitchenware, linens etc...a real home from home. Great location, only one block from the intracoastal in one direction and two blocks to Clematis Street and great bars and restaurants in the other direction. Leon was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very much look forward to returning again next fall.

First of all Leon is great to work with. He does everything he says he will do. This property is very well located. Near to all the good restaurants along Climatis Street and the Intracoastal waterway that separates Palm Beach from West Palm. Also close to City Place where there are more restaurants and all the shopping your card can stand. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen well appointed. We hope to return soon.

My fiancee and I stayed in unit 5 (studio apartment) and had a very wonderful stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed during our time in Palm Beach. The king bed was very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. As described in the listing, it is perfectly located in walking distance to City Place and Clematis street. I never felt uncomfortable/unsafe walking on the streets near the property at any time of the day or night. A couple of nights we walked home from Clematis street well after the nightlife had shut down.
Leon was very kind and more than helpful. He answered any questions about the area and was available at any time if I needed anything. He made us feel at home during our stay.
I highly recommend this property if you are thinking of visiting the area, you will not be disappointed!!

Me and two other of my girlfriends came down here for our spring break. We had a great experience here! Our place was perfect, very clean and updated. Walking distances to all the restaurants and shopping at CityPlace and walking distance to the nightlife. Leon (the owner) was great. He was a perfect tour guide for us since we had never been to West Palm before. I highly recommend staying here if you want to take a getaway to WPB!!

Me and my then boyfriend, now FIANCE :) stayed here for a week, while I was down visiting him for spring training. We were looking for a place that wasn't too far from Roger Dean but close enough that we could be active in Juptier and Palm Beach. Boy did we get exactly what we wanted and more! We loved that so much was within walking distance, shopping, food, Intercoastal, entertainment and then the field was a short 15 min drive for the early mornings when we had to be there. I will definitely be staying here next spring training when we are back! I recommend stay with Leon over a hotel for the friendliness and the accommodations, not to mention the price! Plus, who doesn't love to have the option to cook their own food instead of dining out for every meal when on an extended vaca! Can't wait to be back next spring!

My husband and I had an excellent 11 days staying at this property. We just can't stop talking about what a wonderful experience we had at this location. The condo was recently done and had all of the ammenities that we could possibly need. The condo was very nicely furnished and extremely clean. Although, we did have a car and wandered out from this location, we loved the fact that we could walk to nearby restaurants, the movie theater, shopping area, etc. What I like the most about this property is that we were 5 minutes from the Intercoastal walkway/bikepath. I had an excellent workout every morning that I was there. It was better than going to the gym as I was walking in the fresh air every morning enjoying the wonderful scenery. We had beautiful weather our entire stay. Would also like to comment on how friendly and accomodating the owner/proterty manager and his family were. We would definitely go back and stay at this location. OUr rating of this property is Excellent....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nicely remodeled, small apartment building. The owner is more than helpful and available whenever you need him. The location is excellent - very close to all the activities but quiet. Just a few blocks from Clematis and City place. Its a walker's paradise....an easy walk to The Intercoastal, Lake Trail, and the beautifully landscaped side streets of Palm Beach just over the bridge.

This was our first time using VRBO, so we were somewhat apprehensive. When we arrived, the owner was welcoming and friendly, and made us feel like family during our entire stay. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with an extremely comfortable bed! The location of this property is perfect. It's within walking distance of the Intracoastal, Clematis Street, and CityPlace, which provide tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Plus, it was a just short drive to picture perfect beaches of Palm Beach County and to the Wellington equestrian areas. I highly recommend this to everyone!

We booked a Studio with hopes of getting away from our hometown's cold climate and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were treated like a member of the family. The owner does an amazing job of letting you get right to the "vacation" portion of your stay and did not hesitate to help us with our wants and needs. He was even kind enough to put up with us occasionally asking for restaurant recommendations. The room was perfect! Exactly as described. The area could not have been safer, both day and night, and we were literally within walking distance of so many nice places to eat and shop. The only reason we drove anywhere was when we decided to either head to the beach or park on the inlet side of Palm Beach and shop on Worth Ave (High-Fashion Boutiques and Jewelry Stores).
We loved every minute of our stay, and we highly recommend staying here. Leon, we will make sure to keep you first on our list for our next vacation!

Very clean apartment in downtown West Palm Beach. Everything you need is provided plus good wifi! Short walk to Clematis and Cityplace where there are plenty of restaurants/bars. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great week!
