About this condo rental

Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Condo overlooks the lagoon and fountain. Lounge in the rockers as you watch the kids feed the turtles and view the magnificent sunsets on a covered porch. After enjoying your time on the beach, stop by the pool and cool off or play a round of tennis, both are only steps from the condo. Hardwood floors throughout with the exception of the twin bedroom. Den area offers a couch, love seat, recliner rocker, chair, flat screen TV and cable /internet is included. Master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress added in 2017, with flat screen TV, closet, dresser, nightstands and private bath. Second bedroom has two double beds, closet, flat screen TV, with a bathroom that is shared with third bedroom. Third bedroom has two single beds, flat screen TV, dresser, sheets are provided for each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, dish cloths are provided. Enjoy grilling on the condo provided charcoal grills or the gas grill that we provide.(grilling utensils are provided in kitchen). Starboard offers three pools with one located on the ocean front. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking or canoeing in the inlet which is only feet away. Docks and slips are available for your use. We do not furnish canoes or kayaks. The tank for the gas grill is filled at the beginning of the season, but is up to guest to fill when empty.

Loved it here. Beach and pool are in walking distance, condo was even nicer than appeared in photos and was very clean. The owner was easy to reach anytime. We had a wonderful time and sad to leave!!!

It was a great place to stay. The owner provided everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. It was a perfect location, short walk to the beach and close to the pool. Private and quiet, and beautiful pond with turtles to feed. I could not have asked for a better vacation home for me and my family to stay at.

My family had a great stay at this condo, such a short walk to the beach, not even the 3 year complained about making the walk. One of the pools is incredibly close as well. We enjoyed using the pool several times. The condo was very clean. There were some very minor issues that could stand to be addressed with some TLC but overall it was a really great stay and I would stay here again in a minute.

We were so excited to stay at this property because we had the best of both worlds. Soooo close to the pool for my 6 year old and a 5 minute walk from the beach! The property was well maintained with updated furniture in the family room and the beds were very comfortable. I loved cooking out on the grill watching the turtles and a few blue crab come up looking for food. We set our goal to go there to relax and have fun and we totally met that goal and then some. Thanks to Phyllis and family for sharing this place with us because we would totally rent here again in the future!

This condo was better than the pictures. The location was perfect with close beach access (about 100 yards), fishing in the sound behind the complex, turtle watching in the pond, and a pool and tennis courts very close to the unit. The inside of the unit is very thoughtfully decorated (and so many things you don’t think to bring to a vacation rental but are essential are provided: rubber bands, clothespins, scissors, etc). The bedrooms are very spacious except for the twin/twin room but the picture indicates clearly that it’s not a large room so we expected that. There’s even a drawer full of fun stuff for young children! Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. It is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Thank you to the Linens for allowing us to stay here!

I cannot say enough about how clean and well maintained this property is. It met all our needs and we were very comfortable. Very cute decor and a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beach. Very convient to the pool and the beach especially with young children. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved every aspect of our vacation. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and PERFECT! The location to the beach was great.....only about a 5 minute walk....even with two small Children And a beach wagon. The pool was cool and refreshing and just steps from the condo. The whole area was super clean, very safe, and just a fantastic place to vacation. The porch was so comfy and the view of the lagoon was awesome. We will be back in the future......we may have found our perfect vacation spot for each and every year when we have a beach vacation on our mind. The owner was quick to respond back and super nice. We were very pleased with the condo and can’t wait to come stay again. It felt like home which is exactly what you want in a Vacation location.

We stayed here for our family vacation and it was great! Location great, we enjoyed having the pool by the ocean and my husband enjoyed fishing on the inter coastal-both walking distance from condo. Having another pool steps away from condo was great as well having two small kids. Furnishings were very kid friendly with large dining table. Kitchen could have been bigger as we cooked majority of meals but we made it work! Well stocked kitchen as well. Owner was very easy to work with and answered questions promptly. Will definitely consider staying here again in future!

The location and decor of this unit was perfect. Small details were taken into consideration for those staying. Kitchen stocked with everything you could imagine. Chip clips, sharpie, blender, mixer, measuring cups....the list could go on. Check in and out was super easy! Definite must stay!
