Since 2010, guests have loved the views from both our balconies and the peace and quiet Harbour Key offers!
Drive our 3-row golf cart to get to the Harbor Island private beach and appreciate our unobstructed water views and the gorgeous 5-minute drive over salt marshes and lagoons teeming with wildlife.
Your children can ride bikes safely all around Harbor Key, no thru traffic and no exit except through locked gate.
Fish and crab without leaving our backyard. Our home sits on a tidal lagoon and overlooks the Saint Helena Sound where it meets the Atlantic Ocean.
Each evening offers a breathtaking sunset from two full length balconies! Each morning offers a different view of shrimp boats trolling in the sound.
A sanctuary for sea birds, the balconies offer up close views of many species and the lagoons are host to alligators, fish, crabs and other wildlife.
This Non-Smoking property is kid-friendly and comes equipped with everything you need for a family vacation: free use of our golf cart, beach chairs, sand toys, a pack 'n' play, dining booster seat, safety gate, diaper changing table, movies and books!
Our home is professionally managed with a 24-hour emergency contact number if needed.
Our home has two master bedrooms/bathrooms with queen beds, each with doors opening onto the 2nd floor balcony with plenty of chairs and tables. The first floor of the house has a full bathroom , a large living room, a full size kitchen, a dining table that seats 6 and 4 counter top dining stools, all opening out on a full balcony furnished with chairs and tables.
Two bedrooms on the 3rd floor share a huge bathroom; one bedroom has twin trundle bed; the other a full size bed. Also on the 3rd floor is a common area which has awesome water views (and great place from which to watch a of lightning storm should you be so lucky to have one!)
Access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racket Club and facilities is included in available and includes a swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball, fitness/weight rooms.
Drive our golf cart, bike or drive your car to the private, uncrowded beach at Harbor Island. We also include 2 car passes to nearby Hunting Island State Park beaches, just 4 minutes away by car where you can enjoy two different beach areas, the Lighthouse, Nature Center, Fishing Pier and more....
Want more than natural beaches? Award-winning historic downtown Beaufort, South Carolina, is just minutes away. Venture further to Savannah, GA, just an hour away. Or in 90 minutes, you can enjoy historic Charleston, SC!
We are located in the heart of Gullah culture, near Fripp Island, 45 minutes from Hilton Head Island, and about 25 minutes from Parris Island, SC
The property is Smoke Free inside and outside there is a zero tolerance policy for smoking.
The property is NOT Pet Friendly and there are no exceptions to this policy.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
For the protection of the owners property there is an external camera that is directed at the carport and front entrance.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
Please note: There is a separate gate for Harbour Key. You will have to push the call button and let the security gate know which property you are going to.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00 Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

This house was beautiful. Fully decorated with awesome decor. We loved the balconies and having bathrooms for everyone. The location was nice. We were very disappointed with the furniture in the living room. There was one sofa and then all wicker chairs and settee. Very uncomfortable. There was no lounging in the living room at the end of the day. TV reception or channel selections were not good either. We preferred Hunting Island Beach over Harbor Island Beach. Harbor Island had mild waters where Hunting has waves for the kids. Overall, we would stay again.

This house is beautiful and the view on both porches is amazing! The house was clean and the golf cart was a huge bonus.
The bedroom with the trundle bed was a trundle bed with another mattress on the floor, which was less than desirable. The towels were super thin and only 2 towels per room for the entire week and only 1 hand towel for the kitchen was provided. The summary states there is an outdoor closet with beach chairs and a grill but all the outdoor closets were locked. The kicker on Harbor Island is they charge you for each car that you bring and your boat but that is not in the original summary.
Other than that, the house and the subdivision were wonderful, well equipped, plenty of space and very comfortable. The outdoor shower is large and a great added bonus.

The house was big enough for 6 adults, plus more. It was very spacious. Just a few things that we came across. The beds were VERY HARD! it was like sleeping on the floor. There are no curtains in the bedroom. So if you like to be woken up at the break of dawn, or woken up by the headlights of cars coming down the bridge at night, this house is for you. The AC was broken, but it was fixed. It took awhile to cool the upstairs down. The furniture in the living room is a futon and wicker chairs. Definitely not very comfortable! There are no curtains in the living room causing a glare on the tv. In the master bedroom we tried to charge our phones but for some reason the outlets didnt work by the bed. The headboard seemed as though it was not attached to the bed. Every little move the headboard would hit the wall.
On a brighter note. The golf cart was nice and big! The house had great views. It was very clean.
Although we had a great time, i dont think we would stay here again.
