Very clean and huge room. Good size pool and gym. We stayed for only 1 night and moved to SAPA next day even tho we booked for 3 nights. It was a non refundable booking but manager was lovely enough to return me 50%. Very grateful for that. Could improve on breakfast options.
Gym smells and people don't wear shoes or tops when exercising. No towels as well. Weights everywhere. If going to Sapa, this isn't the place to stay. Pls book a hotel in Sapa. Nothing around this hotel.

Pros:
1. The manager I chatted with was really accommodating. He answered my questions and was very friendly. When I had issues with the cleanliness of the dining area, he responded immediately by forwarding my concern to the right department and even talked to me in person to apologize about it.
2. The male front office crew who assisted upon checking in and checking out. He was very friendly and has a warm smile.
3. The size of our room was spectacular, with bathtub and hot and cold shower.
4. They hotel is next to the supermarket.
Cons:
1. Cleanliness - The cleanliness of the utensils in the dining area was intolerable. I felt upset by the sight of the dirt on the lid of the water pitcher that I didn't dare drinking the water. I also found some markings on their headboard next to the bed and some black spots on the grim below the toilet.
2. There's no variety of their food choices for breakfast - the food choices that we had the previous day was the same the following day.
3. The reason why we chose this hotel even if it's far from Sapa is because they posted on the site that they have massage and spa. However, when we got there, we were really disappointed to hear that their spa service was closed due to the current pandemic. I totally understand their point, but they should have put a disclaimer on their listing that spa services are not available instead of letting people believe that they're offering the service. So, our entire itinerary was changed because of it.
4. They do not have tour services for Sapa and they couldn't find any tour operator that could help us go to Sapa and back to Lao Cai. We had to take the taxi from the hotel to the train station or the market to get a bus.
