West Ketchum Idaho ~ Close to everything! Walk to the lifts of Sun Valley Ski Resort at River Run (location of the new Gondola!) This is two blocks to the Wood River Bike Trail / Cross Country Trail, or stroll to Downtown Ketchum or the Bald Mountain hiking trails and to the Woodriver for fly fishing. Family home with extra amenities: Snow sleds, cross country ski gear, summer bikes, and tennis rackets. This home was built with attention to detail throughout. The large custom river rock fireplace is the main gathering spot in the open living area. The fully furnished large kitchen with 4 island stools and top of the line appliances looks over the living room with a view out the huge windows across the Wood River to Bald Mountain. The grand master suite is huge, with a king sized bed, a large shower and soaking tub with walk in closet. The lower level has two additional suites and a laundry room off of the 2 car garage. The spacious loft bedroom with its own bath is the spot for a movie after a long day of skiing or hiking. There is abundant granite and limestone and natural wood for a splendid mountain retreat. I just returned from a wonderful month at this property. Don’t let the funky decor sway you, the house is comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped, beautiful view out the living room windows and a perfect location! Easy walk to town or river run. We parked our car in the garage and barely used it. Best of all the owner is super responsive and easy to work with. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

This is a fantastic property. A close walk to the ski lodge. We all had our own bedroom, full kitchen, and garage. The setting is beautiful, and with its own hot tub. Will stay again for sure!

We very much enjoyed our 8 night night stay here in February. The house was perfect for our group--my husband and me and our 2 adult children w/partners. With 3 floors, everyone had plenty of personal space, including work areas. The rooms were large and well-furnished The online photos are very accurate, and give a good idea how open and spacious the house is. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed meals at the large table in the dining room. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room was wonderful. The location was very convenient to the walking/bike path and a short walk to the River Run Lodge. The property manager was helpful and responsive.
We would definitely like to stay here again!

My family of eight adults spent a week in Sun Valley in this beautiful home. Very easy walk to River Run base and to town. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and gathering in the family room in front of the fire. We are already planning to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Had everything we needed and lots of space. Appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree. The owner was very responsive and thoughtful.

Exceeded my expectations
This is an excellent property. It is close to the lifts, very clean and has lots of room. He kitchen is well stocked with everything needed ti cook at home. Our family would easily stay here again.

We chose this property because of its wonderful location, plus the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Ours was a group of 3 couples. We all had very nice rooms with our own bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well furnished and equipped. I’ve would definitely stay there again.

Sun Valley Stay
Beautiful home with gorgeous high ceilings. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and have family dinners every night. The location was perfect. Easy walk/drive to ski hills and to town. We would stay again.

Amazing
The property is absolutely amazing. We could walk to River Run (skiing) then walk to town. The house was very clean, spacious and close to everything, we barely used our car. The owner is very responsive, helpful and kind. Our family will be coming back here next year.

Great property in Sun Valley!
Outstanding experience with this property and the entire process. Great house, large and loaded with amenities including a private Hot Tub. Walking distance to ski lifts and town but recommend a car for convenience. Will come back when we can, one of our favorite VRBO rentals of all time.

This beautiful and spacious home is located in River Run/West Ketchum! It has all the amenities a family or group of friends could ask for during their stay in Sun Valley. this home is spectacular, and walking distance to River Run ski lift. Rooms are large, bathrooms are beautiful and a gourmet kitchen to boot! Large fireplace and flat screen TV makes evenings a real joy. Home is well equipped and very accessible. Local contact for any questions is responsive and helpful! Location is about a minute from downtown Ketchum and mountain views are marvelous. We will definitely plan another adventure here.... this property is a ten and owners/managers were a joy to work with!!

Great 2-family place to stay
The condo is spacious and beautiful. It was a perfect place for 2 families (4 adults and 3 children). It was a short and pretty walk to the slopes. Everyone at Sun Valley was incredibly friendly. Terrific skiing. Sunny. And delicious on-mountain food.

This home is elegant, spacious,well equipped and extremely comfortable. The pictures don't lie - in fact it was better than I expected. Great location close to everything in Ketchum.
The owners were very helpful and ready to respond with questions. We stayed a week and loved every minute of our stay. Of course perfect blue sky, warm weather didn't hurt either . . . .!

Home away from Home
We stayed at this beautiful home for 2 weeks and although the snow was marginal the house was great! Everything we needed was there. Easy walking distance to Baldy; we did drive into town but in summer would be an easy walk. Highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again. Our 1st time at SV and will be back for sure. this is a perfect location for all activities winter and summer.

The kitchen was overly stocked with everything we could imagine. It was wonderful to have the large family room to gather in with a large dining room table. This truly is a perfect rental for any group (large family, friends, adults only, kids, etc) whether you are all about spending the day on Baldy, outside, relaxing or walking into town. The home was immaculate. We were able to quickly get into town as well, and enjoyed the Pioneer and an intimate, fantastic restaurant named Rickshaw. We would absolutely recommend this property for anyone interested in a worry-free stay in a warm home that at once makes you feel welcome and pampered. It feels like a home and not just a rental. We will stay here again the next time we come to Sun Valley! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

It is walking distance to restaurants and shops in town, River Run Lodge, and great hiking trails. We hung out on the spacious main floor prepping meals in the gourmet kitchen, lounging in the living room area and playing board games at the dining room table. Huge bedrooms, loft area for the kids to play - a terrific home! Will definitely be back for ski season!
