About this house rental
Nestled in Anaheim, this charming house for $498 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This two-story home is a stunning pool home perfect for three families. There are three master suites and two children's bedrooms with full over full bunk beds. There are three bedrooms on the main floor: one cal-king master with ensuite, one cal-king master, and a children's bunk bedroom. The cal-king and bunkbed room share the main floor hallway bathroom. Upstairs is the remaining master bedroom, which has direct access to the upstairs hallway bathroom, and the other children's room in the loft area. In addition to the full over full bunk bed is a full bed and sectional sofa. All bedrooms have 43' LCD TV with Cable TV. There are three bathrooms in the home, two downstairs and one upstairs. All have upgraded granite countertops, travertine floors, and customs tile inlays in the showers. In addition, the downstairs hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, custom white paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Plenty of seating for the whole family at our two dining room tables which seat six each. There is additional seating at the kitchen countertop. The main living room has a large sectional with a queen sleeper and high-speed wireless internet. Right off the living room is the garage, where the game room is located. There is ping pong, pool, and air hockey. There are strollers, pack n' play, a high chair, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. All the bedrooms have upgraded carpet, and laminate hardwood floors run throughout the common areas. The rear yard has a beautiful in-ground pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio, etc., and additional chairs 1.25 miles to Disney & Disney tram. The home has central air and heat. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82 and jacuzzi to 102. *All Major credit cards & debit cards accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The house is really nice the back yard pool was really nice too. The kids had fun during our stay and the house is really just a few mins away from the Disneyland parks. Would highly recommend.

This was an ideal house layout and location for the Disney trip for our family of 8, which included 3 young children. In my opinion, the house is too far from Disney to walk, but it was an easy 10-minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot, which was just $30/day. We noticed that the double stroller at the house was missing a sun shade (but still usable), and before we returned home that first day, a brand new stroller was delivered. Carolyn and Jeff were so helpful! We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the alarm on the door so that the kids were safe. The kitchen is well appointed. We would gladly stay at this place next time! Thank you very much!

My 3 teenagers and myself stayed. It worked out perfectly. Each person had their own room for some quiet time. We went to Disneyland for about 4-5 hours and then came home for a little pool time and naps and then returned to Disneyland. It worked out great. It is only about a 10 minute / $10 Uber ride to and from Disney. Check in and check out were simple and they were very accomodating. I will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to Anaheim!

The house was rather dirty upon arrival. We learnered very quickly to keep your shoes on. The air conditioner was not working well at all, I wondered if that’s what there are so many extra fans in the house. In addition, beds pillows need to be upgraded. I would not stay at this location again.

This was a family trip with. 7 people to visit Disneyland the ocean & Universal. The house was better better than the listing showed. Great space. Excellent pool & spa with pool toys provided. Beach toys too! Bedrooms were good sized with very comfortable beds for all. Our youngest grandson loved the loft bedroom with the bunk beds. This house helped make our vacation very special. The neighborhhod was very nice & quiet. An added bonus was seeing the Disneyland fireworks every night from the driveway. We highly recommend this location for family vacations.

We had a great time. Really cool house with a wonderful outdoor and pool area. Sleeping arrangements and general living areas were excellent; we had 10 people in our group and it easily accommodated us. Very close to local amenities, including shopping, grocery stores, freeways. Also really close to Disneyland activities. Would love to come back some day.

The location is perfect, about 7 minutes from Disneyland with a target near by. The house itself is a great size and the pool was perfectly heated when we arrived! Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location to disneyland and shopping. The house needs a little TLC but overall was clean. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Too bad we couldnt use them before 9 am or after 10 pm due to Anaheim noise bylaws..the alarm on the patio door makes sense if there are small children but we did not and it would have been nice to be able to deactivate it. The alarm is Very Loud and getting through the door in less than 5 seconds especially when carrying something out is challenging. We would also forget to push the button and get blasted by the alarm. The 3 king sized beds were comfortable. Staff is responsive and helpful.

Our company was there exhibiting at a trade show at the Convention Center. There was 7 of us, and we all had plenty of room to gather together and be be apart at the home. It was a very short drive to the Convention Center each day. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool, hot tub or game room, but they all looked very inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of. We rent short term rentals a few times each year and this property was one of the better ones! Would rent again or highly recommend this property.

This property was large enough for the family we went to Disneyland with. The pool was a nice feature for the days we didn’t go to the theme park. The house is also conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a great time! The pool and hot tub were awesome. The pool table in the garage was really fun. Plenty of beds and seating. There are some pretty strict city rules so please be aware. Noise ordinances- kind of annoying!

The house and pool were great. We had a few minor things that weren't fully cleaned from the prior renters but nothing too bad.
The master bedroom toilet was slightly plugged when we arrived. They were quick to get maintenance out and a plumber to get it resolved.

Property was exactly as described. Clean, and in good overall condition. Yes, there were rules, however, the rules were easy to follow and did not create any conflict with the vacation. Pool and hot tub were amazing after walking around Disneyland all day. Beds were also very comfortable. The house made for a very enjoyable family trip to Disneyland and we would definitely love to come back!

The pool space was amazing. The layout was great with a separate loft are for teenagers.
The dishes were mostly not clean but put away in the cabinets. The ac unit is so loud it is hard to hear people in the living room. The outside table was dirty. Do no use the downstairs tub. It is a jacuzzi and even when not using the jets filled full of black matter.

The house was really great but they had repaired one of the ladders for the bunk bed with tack nails and Staples and it broke into my daughter was coming down it and she almost got hurt. I emailed the property manager called the property manager and text the property manager asking for a return call and have yet to receive one and it's been a week and a half since we stayed.

It would be nice if they gave at least a 11:00 or 12 check out as there’s a long check list of cleaning up that needs to be accounted for. There is a 50 dollar an our late check out fee which we requested and was much needed for breakfast and cleaning out everything. Some cooking utensils should be thrown out and replaced. Just some things to consider at this property. 🤗
