The Loft has 9 queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas to accommodate 22 people, flat screen TVs with cable in every room, and wireless internet access. After a day of enjoying all the Strip has to offer, relax in the master bath’s whirlpool tub and walk-in sauna. A quick 13 steps up to the deck entrance of the house provides an incredible view of Lake Erie and the entire Strip from almost every room. Amenities offered by the pet friendly Candy Shoppe Loft include: Central A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are stocked in all 3 bathrooms. Awesome place and location! Bedrooms are roomy and down the hallway away from kitchen and family room for privacy. Plenty of room for big family and/or friends gathering as we stayed sat/Sunday for New Year’s Eve 2023!!! Views are awesome of the strip from The Cove next door all the way down to Sportsters! Will def stay again!

This place was as exactly as described on vrbo. They thought of everything right down to the holiday decorations. There were plenty of linens and towels. We had such a pleasant stay. The amount of common space was a bonus. The location was perfect. We will consider renting here again in the near future. It really was great!!

This place was amazing! I wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday and it was the best disguise! It had plenty of rooms for the gathering, and a beautiful view. There was plenty of parking! Easy check in! Overall amazing! Just make sure everyone knows to go around back to get in. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our family of all ages stayed in this property and it worked perfectly! We had enough bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy and plenty of bathrooms for all. The kitchen was VERY well equipped, more than enough bedding, towels, toilet paper and other necessities. Check in and check out was an absolute breeze! Thank you so much Matt for being a wonderful host!!

Matt’s place is great for larger groups looking to stay in the GTOL area. Located right on the strip but also close to wineries and other area attractions. There was plenty of space for our group and the whole unit was very clean. The fire pit on the deck was also great and there was ample parking. We’d love to plan a yearly trip. Thanks for a great stay!

There was enough room (9 bedrooms) for 18 family members to stay comfortably in one location. This location also had 3 bathrooms which was excellent. Having TVs in every bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room was outstanding. There was enough seats for everyone as well. If I had to provide a recommendation, it would be to have a table large enough to accommodate at least 8-10 people instead of six. But luckily, I had a folding table to use. I would definitely stay at this spot again.

The property owner got back to me so quickly with any questions I had. We had 9 couples that stayed for the weekend. We enjoyed The cove right next door both nights and did our own winery crawl on Saturday. Already looking at dates for next year to go back! Highly recommend for a large group.

We had 16 people stay in this house with 9 bedrooms and I think 2 pull-outs and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and plenty of room for cooking and having a good time. Walking distance to many of the shops, coffee shop, Old Firehouse Winery, etc., and a short drive to the beaches. Next to The Cove-there were no disturbances on the weeknights (we stayed Mon-Thurs). Matt has always responded quickly to emails and texts but we didn’t have any reason to contact him. We did plenty of cooking-the double oven and microwave and Keurig all suited our needs. All of us can’t wait to come back again!! Great location and great price!

The house is the perfect space for a large group and the perfect location to walk the strip. The State Park is a short drive down the street. It was clean, spacious, and the owners are responsive. Our only issue was the A/C didn’t work. They were responsive and tried to fix it a few times, but were not able to get it fully resolved. However, I won't ding them for it, because they did make it right with me with a partial refund. Overall, I would definitely recommend this space for your large group!

We travel to the Geneva, Ohio area 1-2 times per year. We always look for a place hosted by Matt. He is incredibly helpful and accommodating. This property is what is advertised and meets expectations, as seem to be all properties hosted by Matt.

The space here is great. Since our first stay at the property a few years back I think they've replaced couches and gotten a new dining table. I'd love to have a larger table to fit as many as can sleep at the property or at least closer to it. The property could have been more meticulously cleaned but we were able to fix any issues we had relatively easily (coffee grounds had been left in the coffee and were moldy; some wet mops were left in a closet in a bedroom which made the room smell). It's nice that each bedroom has a roku. You can't compete with the spacious 9 bedrooms either. The kitchen is big and has a large counter space. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials as well.

Our family has stayed here before and this time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were glasses in the cupboard with dried juice in them. Obviously not washed. The coffee pot was dirty with grounds. We had to wash everything we used first. The floors were dirty and needed washed. We love the space but felt dirty the whole time we were there. The owner was very prompt to respond to a request for another table and chairs. We would consider staying here again because it works well for our large family, but I would hope the cleaning improves.

Our first day there it was raining so we stayed in and occupied ourselves with indoor activities. If felt very cozy and comfortable. Just right for the rainy day. Next days were beautiful so we were out and about just to return to our cozy retreat.

Very spacious loft in a great location. Plenty of bedrooms and kitchen space. Furniture is stained and could be updated. Mattresses uncomfortable but overall very good experience. Bathrooms were clean and in excellent condition.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. We ran out of propane Friday night called Saturday morning to tell them we needed more...we had it by noon! The only complaint we had...well only one couple...the mattress was horrible! You could feel every spring in that mattress. It was poking in them the whole night sleeping! It was a different mattress than all the other beds had. When coming through the door, it's the 1st bedroom on the left! You definitely need to replace that mattress!

For years our family has done a bar crawl weekend. This is the first year we have all stayed in one location. Great for larger groups. Perfect walking distance to everything. Very well stocked house with toiletries, kitchenware etc. nice view of the lake. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my bachelorette party! There were 9 of us there and we each were able to have our own room. Never a fight for the bathroom. Had almost everything we needed for three nights! Fully stocked kitchen with odds and ends. Easy access to the strip and great amount of parking. Not to mention, right next to The Cove that’s pretty awesome! Will def come back!! * just make sure to bring socks. It’s all hardwood. :)
