I loved everything, from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the room. Their oriental style fits perfectly with the city of Chiang Mai, making the stay a truly pleasant experience. I even told the hotel we were on our honeymoon, and they prepared swan-shaped towels for me. They offered us two cocktails by the pool and breakfast every day of our stay. The service and kindness were impeccable. The massages were also excellent. I truly hope to return.
Nothing, it was all perfect

The room and beds were very comfortable, the location in the old city was ideal and the staff were very polite, friendly and eager to assist.
The breakfast choice was limited and was a bit cold as had been standing a while. Would like to have Tea as a drink option instead of just juice and coffee and this is personal preference.

The Personnel from the super helpful and kind receptionist Lee, to the rest of the personnel working there, in the bar, restaurant, cleaning etc
The location is great, in old Town, but close to the vibrant Nimman, very easy to get a transport.
The swimming pool is a great place to hang out during the hours of moe heat
Some mosquitos around
