Welcome to Oceana villa; a classic Caribbean style 6 Bedroom, 6 1/2 baths home featuring pool, gourmet kitchen, split system a/c's in every room, great views and easy access. Lounge and Dine on the decks as you watch boats pass by or a dazzling sunset. Rates posted are for 12 persons using 6 BR's, Please advise if lesser number of people or less number of BR's needed. Please inquire for 4 &,5BR rates. You will be the only family in the home - other rooms remain vacant. Summer Season April 17 - Dec 18 1- 4BR $9016 per week, 5BR $9716 per week, 6BR $10416 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax. 7 night minimum year round Christmas week Dec 19-26/ New Years week Dec 26-Jan 5th $16,000 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax Winter Season - Jan 5 - April 16 - 6BR rate for all Winter Season dates 7 night minimum year round 1-6BR $14,700 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax. Oceana Villa was completed in early 2006, this villa shows off the stone mason’s artisanship. Using a dry stack technique, the native stone is carefully cut and fitted creating walls that make it appear as if no mortar was used in its construction. As you sit in the Oceana infinity edge pool St. Thomas, framed by the outer cays, completes the horizon. The pool is a healthy 10 X 18 with a maximum depth of 5 feet- plenty of room for vacation fun! In the foreground, all of Great Cruz Bay and a fleet of sailboats bobbing at their moorings are visible just a stone’s throw away. (Our first guest joked about seeing if she could throw her return airline ticket that far.) The interior is oriented around a great room with a dramatic cathedral ceiling framed in cumaru and manchichi, which are beautiful, sustainable tropical hardwoods. The result is natural elegance, a theme repeated throughout the structure, furnishings and surrounding spaces. The great room has TV, DVD and stereo. Sound feeds into the spa area, kitchen and decks off the great room and pool, each with individual volume controls. While OCEANA is surrounded with all the Caribbean delights St. John has to offer, it was purposely designed as a villa to be stayed in. The great room and kitchen has air conditioning option in case our normally generous trade winds are light, and will make for some truly memorable gatherings. With gourmet level appliances, meals can be prepared or catered to any level of sophistication. Custom crafted glass and hardwood interior dining tables adjust to seat smaller casual groups or expand for full scale family dining. Outdoor dining on the expansive decks is also an option. With six air-conditioned bedrooms on two levels, OCEANA accommodates nearly any size group. The villa is child friendly and ideal for multiple generation families with a handicap accessible bath. The upper level has three rooms with king beds, each with separate access. All bedrooms have ocean views. A four-stage filter provides crystal clear drinking water from every faucet. Four of the showers are built from native stone and seashells with views to the outdoors.

We were amazed by the Oceana property from the minute we arrived. This spacious home has a breathtaking view and every amenity folks would ever need. Oceana is located just a very short drive from Cruz Bay and is even closer to grocery and food options. Jackie Harrison and her property management staff at Vacation Vistas made sure we were welcomed to our vacation home and spent valuable time walking us through every amenity. She checked in several times to make sure all was going well and even helped us locate excellent child care.

You will not find a better view to drink your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It was perfect for 5 adult couples. Everyone had there own space and bathroom. The house also has a fully stocked kitchen, for cooking your own meals. The house is located about one mile from Cruz bay, where you will find bars/restaurants/groceries and shopping. Our favorite dinners were Extra Virgin and La Tapa. We also had Woody’s cook the fish we had caught for dinner one night and it was wonderful. It was the perfect spot for our St. John vacation.

We had 5 couples from Hilton Head come down to St John, most of us for the first time!!! We truly enjoy St John and the beauty of the island. Jackie was truly wonderful to work with for Oceana, the house was perfect for our group, close to downtown and the grocery stores.

From communication before we arrived to check out the process was perfect. The pictures really don’t show how a awesome the property is. Close to town and boat dock but the views from the pool deck made you never want to leave!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The villa is incredibly well appointed and fully stocked. The view is spectacular and all 11 of us agreed that we had never stayed in such a glorious place before! Very conveniently located and easy to get to. We simply could not have asked for a single added amenity. We only hope we can come back soon!

Each room was well-equipped and quiet. Doors and windows are quite solid and screened. Felt like a luxury property. Very easy to use (kitchen, walk-out areas with great views (not high in the mountains, so not a panoramic view), pool, bathrooms, washing facilities, etc.).

This home is perfect for large parties. We all got our own air conditioned suites with very comfortable beds. The view was fantastic. The kids loved counting the iguanas in the trees every morning. And the adults loved sitting outside drinking our coffee watching the beautiful views. We will be back!!

Oceana was the perfect retreat for our week long vacation for our extended family. It delivered all that was promised. The accommodations were superb, the view was breathtaking and Jackie, our manager, didn't disappoint. She held my hand throughout the entire booking process and offered many wonderful suggestions on restaurants, activities, beaches and more. We only wish we could have stayed longer - but we hope to return. The villa does not lack a thing!

This place was fabulous!! We loved our time on STJ and found this home to be exactly what we were looking for. The booking/check-in/ departure process with Jackie was easy and fast. She always responded to any questions promptly and accurately. We found the rooms to be comfortable and well appointed. The great room and deck area were perfect. Pool was a nice temperature unlike some of the properties we have rented in the past. Hot tub was working and just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the beach. Highly recommend Jackie and Oceana.

Our group ranging in age from 10 months to 65 years old had the most unbelievable time staying at Oceana. The pictures do not do the property justice, it is so beautiful and so clean and a great location. The best part was that all of the rooms are separate from the house with their own entrance so you don’t have to worry about bothering others if people are on different schedules as far as bedtimes and waking up. We have already booked for two weeks next year because one just wasn’t enough! I cannot imagine a more beautiful sunset location. We could have been happy just staying at the Villa the whole time!

What a wonderful time we had June 12-20 staying in this beautiful home on St. John! There were 6 couples (all originally from Texas) and the house accommodated us all with 6 bedrooms/6 baths along with the huge family room, kitchen w/functional large island, BBQ area, and swimming pool for us all! We enjoyed sitting on the patio each day taking in the captivating view of St. John....all the way to St. Thomas. We all would HIGHLY recommend this home and its convenient location to Cruz Bay and all the beaches! Thank you Jackie & Staff for making it a memorable stay for us all!

Villa Oceana is a beautiful home! The location in Great Cruz Bay is an easy drive from Cruz Bay and close to Starfish and St John market for anything that you may need. All bedrooms are equal and beautiful, some with stone shower so you get the feeling of showering outside! We had 4 couples and we all felt that if we needed our own space you could find it. The views and sunsets are incredible from here! Jackie, the manager of the property, was wonderful to work with from the time of booking the villa through to the end of our visit. I would highly recommend this villa for large groups you will not be disappointed.

The house is awesome! The living room and kitchen are setup great for a group. Very convenient to town (5 min or less). Eileen made check-in very easy. She even had a pac n play for our little one travelling with us. We enjoyed the great views and having coffee with the iguanas in the morning :) This house has it all and I hope we can return next year. Thanks again! A+++

Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Lots of gathering space and great, we’ll equipped kitchen to prepare and eat meals together. Sleeping spaces and bathrooms all very nice. Pool and hot tub nice addition after days at the beach. Lots of open, covered space to sit and enjoy the views! Location was very convenient, and we were close enough to the Weston to grab a bite to eat and have a drink at their beach while also enjoying their swimming dock. We would highly recommend a stay at this villa!

We enjoyed our time at the beautiful VillaOceana. It was a great base for our trips to the beaches. The pool is a little too small for a party of 12 adults, but we knew this coming in and it wasn’t a problem for us. Loved the short drive to Cruz Bay and stores, plenty of parking. Jackie and team took good care of us.
