Nestled in Hermitage, this lovely house for $305 per night is a great option for your next trip. This houses ready to accommodate large groups visiting Nashville! It features a large living room, a big dining room, 3 bedrooms with 9 beds, and a bar and hot tub outside. Sleeps 10 comfortably and an open concept works perfectly for large groups. Close to the airport, Percy Priest Lake, and 10 miles to downtown. Bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked with all essentials. Fenced private back yard! We'd love to host your group! The house is completely designed for large groups and families! The 1500 square foot house features a large dining area, separate tv/den, ample sleeping space with 9 beds, and tons of outside entertaining space which includes a porch bar, grill, hot tub, deck, and fire pit! Beds include 3 queens, 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and a twin day bed with trundle. Back yard is fully fenced in and hot tub is open year-round! Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged. This house is managed by Cousins BNB. Cousins BNB is based in Nashville, TN and manages multiple properties. Please let us know if you need information on any other rentals! Guests will have full access to entire house and backyard including hot tub and firepit area. We will be available by email and text at all times. Ample parking onsite and Uber/Lyft available to/from airport and downtown cheap! PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING! My wife, sister, niece, nephews and I all stayed for a long weekend, and the place was perfect for our group. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep, and the common areas had lots of room for everyone to relax. The hot tub was also a nice extra to enjoy after a long day of being out. We will definitely consider staying there again during our next trip to Nashville.

The home was great and just perfect for our last minute trip to Nashville. My best friend and I brought our younger kids and the bedrooms were just perfect! The house was very clean and everything just as described! Thank you for a wonderful stay and priceless memories with my best friend and our kids on New Years Eve!

Everything was perfect. Great communication from the host throughout our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after our trip into town. It is about a 15 minute drive to broadway in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends from the Midwest, Rockies, and Pacific NW were all able to enjoy a get-together at this property! Plenty of space for everyone, neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were also extremely welcoming when our paths crossed. Highly recommend:)

I’m battling stage three breast cancer. A bunch of friends met me here for The Weeknd to love and support me. The house was perfect. It definitely made the weekend more enjoyable for me. They were great to accommodate with early check ins and late check outs do to being sick and tired from traveling and chemo. Definitely recommend. The house had everything we needed for a great weekend making memories 💗

My husband, my best friend, and are collective 5 children were in town for two days to enjoy Nashville Shores. The home is located in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was easy and painless. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch, it was very pleasant in the morning to have your coffee. The home was cute and perfect for large families. The hot tub was a nice addition. The only “negative” is that the beds were really very firm. All in all, we would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Didn't end up needing to bring the dog, but the yard would have been perfect for them. Perfect, comfortable location with a short drive to all the Nashville attractions. We were out and about so much, we never opened the hot tub until the last night, but it's a nice extra.

Location is great for water recreation though the traffic can get really busy. The house was awesome and when a big storm came our family staying in campers came over to ride it out and everyone fit great. I would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I were there for my sisters bachelorette party. We wanted to stay near downtown Nashville but not in the exact vicinity. This location was perfect, about 20 min Uber to everything. Quiet neighborhood that seemed to be safe. The house is exactly as it’s depicted in the photos and descriptions. All the beds were so comfortable, all the girls were saying it! Hot tub was nice, house was stocked with basic essentials. The property management team was super friendly and responded right away to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. (:

This house is definitely set up for groups. All of the bedrooms have multiple beds, there is plenty of seating, and spaces to entertain. All of the basic needs were supplied. My family was not in town for fun or vacation, but the fire pit and hot tub would be nice to enjoy with friends or loved ones. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. The house is near both the airport and interstate, so it's conveniently located, but you'll often hear jets flying over and the steady hum of traffic. And although we didn't have a chance to see it, there is a large lake and a dog park nearby.

We took our kids to Nashville for a quick trip. Location was about a 20 minute drive to everything that we wanted to do. House was clean. My kids slept fine in their beds. My husband and I thought the beds were very uncomfortable.

Needed a place to host Thanksgiving weekend for 3 generations - some local, some not local. Perfect place to cook, gather and catch up. The screened in porch and fire pit were nice to have and enjoyed. Fenced in yard is great with a dog.

Great house for a weekend with friends. Little trouble with the AC taking a while to cool the house down(it was 97 degrees that day so not blaming them). Otherwise great place.

The house is adorable and it’s wonderful to have a fenced in back yard for the dogs. It was located close to downtown but in a super quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. I would recommend that they either put lattice around the deck or clean it out a bit as there was an old hot tub cover and some other stuff under the deck but the property was an overall gem!
