This is a great property. Wish the windows to the indoor pool opened to vent the chlorine out. It was way too hot in there. Owner texted we could check in earlier, but we were still traveling to get there. The view was awesome. The location was great. Our son did find what appeared to be a camera set up in the living area pointed to the couch. Kindof felt a bit intrusive like our privacy was violated rest of the stay.

We’ve been to NMB three times and can say that this is the best accommodation we’ve experienced! Convenient location that was clean, spacious, and fun. Had everything we needed and more. Grateful to have been able to relax and enjoy this great oceanfront condo! Walter was fantastic to work with, very helpful and quick to respond. We will be back for sure!

This condo is fabulous ! There is not one thing that you could possibly need that’s not in this condo. Every single thing was just as listed. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was near anyplace you need to go. The balcony was perfect for spending the evening watching waves roll in - we spent a lot of time there. Do not think twice about renting this unit .. it’s perfect

Our family of 5 loved this condo! More than enough room. The pictures don’t do it justice! Check in was perfect, didn’t have to pick up keys from another place since there was a digital entry at the condo. Everything was exceptionally clean, kitchen was well stocked, washer & dryer worked great, the beds were comfortable, wi-if was fast too! Quiet secure building with security at night (who were very nice) Plenty of parking, never had to wait long for an elevator, & the kids loved the indoor pool & hot tub. Location was great, you get off the elevator & are just steps to the beach. The view from the oceanfront balcony was beautiful. We would rent here again.

The condo was exceptionally clean and had all the things we needed and more. The host was exceptional. Oceanfront with large balcony. Condo had expensive furniture and was very comfortable. If you need to rent a condo for Myrtle Beach, I would highly recommend this one. I am going to try and reserve this condo for next year if available for when we go.

This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed our 7 weeks! The condo is spacious and bright as it has windows on 3 sides (end unit). Close to everything in north myrtle. Walking distance to barefoot landing. And the beach is beautiful. We plan to come back next winter.

Perfect accommodations for our stay at the beach. Unit was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Furniture and bedding were comfortable. Lovely ocean view from both the main living area and master bedroom. Balcony was large. Easy access to the beach. Location was convenient to Barefoot Landing and the Outlets. The shared indoor pool was bigger than I expected with nice water temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub was a bit dirty and foul smelling. Owner had very quick response times to our questions.

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation in North Myrtle Beach. This condo was absolutely beautifully decorated, so clean and had everything you could possibly need right down to the fluffy bathroom towels. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach daily and watching the waves on the balcony with evening cocktails. The manager Walt made our reservations so easy and was very prompt on getting back to me on any questions I had. We have found our one and only condo rental when we return to North Myrtle S.C. If your looking for a clean, comfortable oceanfront rental, this is the place to stay!

Place was nice. Views were awesome. Love the check-in. Wished it had an outside pool. The inside pool was too hot in room. The hot tub needed an update. The beds only had 1 sheet on it and the bathroom was not the cleanest.
