Located in Keystone, this charming condo for $60 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This multi-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed. It is located in a building that is nestled amongst mature pine trees. Third floor walk-up with vaulted ceilings and a private balcony that offers peaceful views of the mountains and trees. This third floor walk-up features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The homeowner added new furniture in the Fall of 2017 that offers plenty of comfortable seating. The private balcony can be accessed through the living room and offers beautiful views of the mountains and trees. Enjoy the gas grill on your private balcony while you take in the views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just down the hall and features a single sink vanity separated from the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is located upstairs in the spacious loft area and has a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV, a spacious seating area and offers scenic views through the picture frame windows. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Back on the main level, the guest bedroom is down a few stairs. It has a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, both with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. There is also a twin-sized mattress in the closet that can be pulled out for another sleeping arrangement. **Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. The place was fine except for a few issues. The downstairs bathroom sink was completely clogged making it barely usable. The downstairs bathroom had a bunch of hair in it from a previous guest. The fan blower on the gas fireplace made very loud noises off and on, which was bothersome in the evening when trying to relax. Aside from the above mentioned cons, overall the place was nice. Very convenient to Keystone ski area.

This was such a huge palace to of lived in for a month. Will def have to book again here soon! Everything was so detailed cleaned and prepped for us. We alllllllll LOVED IT.

I loved the rugs, blankets, and all the kitchen stuff (except a pot...there were not pots, just one large one). The bed was great, and everything was awesome. It's just always the directions and getting to a place that is very stressful. We had a hard time getting there, figureing out the garage, and identifying the building. Maybe texting that with the address would be better, it was like the address will come in a separate email, and it was dark and very hard to find. I didn't realize the garage was in the construction zone, not the first entrance...all this clarification would have made it easier. Overall a great place.

Can’t say enough positive about our experience with Summit County Mountain Retreats.
Communication was A+. Location is a few minutes drive from Keystone Resort. A few more minutes to A Basin, and a half hour from Breck.
Our 6AM flight was canceled at 8PM the night before departure. Management allowed us to extend for an extra night at a very reasonable rate.
Again, just a great experience all around for a “closing weekend” spring ski trip. Highly recommend!!

We were very satisfied. We liked the well equipped kitchen with the new appliances, the view and plenty of room and separate beds (mattress) for each of the 3 teenagers. I would have liked the apartment even more if kitchen cabinets would not smell moldy, and the king bed in master would not be too soft and if those old bathroom taps would be easier to turn. None if these ruined the vacation. (The community pool did not have towels and the sauna was broken, but property management told me it is a HOA issue).

The photos of the beds did not match what was in the unit. The twin bed was actually a day bed with a foot and headboard, which didn't allow for comfortable sleeping for a tall adult. I was glad we brought an air mattress as a backup for the fourth adult. We could not get the fireplace to work. What was most difficult was I received text messages asking for my departure time before I had even checked into the unit for the night. If check in is at 4:00 or 4:30 and check out is at 10 am, that is the time you paid for. You should not have to relay your arrival and departure times if they are within the set time frames. I was hoping to relax but kept receiving emails and texts about this unit. I understand over-communication can be helpful, but I found it to be distracting and unhelpful. I was happy to receive clear check-in instructions in advance, but that was all that was needed. The mini coffee pouches are not meant for that size coffee maker. We tried to make coffee at the appropriate strength for 4, but it didn't work well. We opted to go out and buy coffee in the morning. The mini shampoo and soaps were very hotel like, which was also tough for 4 people. It was a great location and spot for people who need a place to stay in the area, but I was frustrated by some of the things listed above. I have not had that experience when staying at other VRBO locations or Airbnb locations that are managed by an owner or a smaller company.

Unit was great with awesome views and space! King bed was very comfortable and TV and furniture in living area made for great sports watching over the weekend. Refrigerator needs replaced so it works consistently. If climbing stairs is an issue not best choice. We had no issues with it and I’m 62!

The condo was clean and well stocked. Having a pool and hot tub on site was a plus, however the hot tub was not working while we were there. No one’s fault but was a downer. Overall it was a great family trip and awesome memories were made!

This was a lovely rental place. Very spacious and clean. We had an enjoyable experience with no issues. The only drawback was that it is a 3rd story walk-up and the stairs were hard, but we knew that going in, so it wasn't an issue. We would stay there again if the chance arises.

When we walked in I almost thought we were in the wrong unit as it had been updated since we saw the booking photos. Nice unit that had everything we needed. It’s off the main drag so little Hwy noise. Awesome pool that is centrally located. Easy check-in/check out process.

We spent our honeymoon here. Coming from Kansas. And didn’t know about the altitude stuff. I had no idea it would mess with my husband as much as it did. He had to be put on oxygen for us be able to stay here. We spent 6 days 5 nights. This condo is absolutely beautiful! It’s spacious. Very clean! The beds were so comfy. And the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes an cooking pans you could think of! Had plenty of towels and wash clothes. And the view for the mountains are beautiful! Spa and pool are only available until 10pm. Which kinda upset us. We love to keep busy and relax at night. An would have loved to swim or get in the spa after along day. The property was very well maintained. The building was very clean. You do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. But if you can handle the stairs. And your body can handle the altitude. This place is the one! Literally a place away from home! 🥰

Kitchen had a good supply of pots and pans and glasses. There was no cooking spices other than salt and pepper. Not a big deal but if you are cooking you need to purchase them. The management was good, we had a small issue and they took care of it right away. One other thing, there is a lot of big windows with no blinds so the morning light at 5AM is pretty bright. Otherwise a great place.

Loved our stay at Quicksilver 1658. Plenty of room for 6 adults to eat, sleep, be together and have separate space, too. Extra twin mattress fit in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen had everything needed to cook dinners, including a large slow cooker. Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the quick responses from staff, small humidifiers, fans, thick towels, as well as the short walks to shuttle stop and hot tub.
