Perfect Old Town location! Perfect getaway!
About this house rental
A 2 bed/1 bath renovated cottage built in 1888. We keep it cleaned/disinfected to the highest standards! All rooms are very nicely furnished to include a fully stocked kitchen. The home has a private fenced yard with fire pit...a great way to spend a quiet evening after a busy day checking out the city and surrounding area. Six bikes are provided for an easy commute to CSU, many great restaurants, and multiple micro breweries (New Belgium, Odell Brewing and Equinox...just to list a few). Pets are always welcome, both at our home and around FOCO. Enjoy!

Perfect weekend getaway home close to College Street fun, breweries, and trails to explore and soak up the sun. Cute home, wonderfully inviting and perfect for couples or families alike. Lots of little touches made us feel right at home (gotta love the 'Welcome beers' waiting for us in the fridge). Our dogs enjoyed lounging outside and the firepit was a nice place to wind down after a long day of exploring Fort Collins. 10/10 would (and hope to) stay here again the next time we stay in FoCo. Thank you so much!

We decided to forgo a hotel and rent a a place thru VRBO for our Christmas Holiday- & are so glad we did. The Old Town Getaway was the perfect choice. The furnishings and decor were warm and inviting. Our hosts thought of the little things to make the stay extra easy and special. & Our pup enjoyed the dog beds available to her as well. We are grateful for such a place to spend the holiday with our CSU Ram.

We had a great time staying at Chadwick’s home! The home was well stocked and so close to all of the great restaurants and breweries. The house was also bigger than expected. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting a little get a way to Fort Collins.

Stayed in this location to visit my son at CSU. It could not have been a more perfect location. 10 minute walk to Old Town through a beautiful neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood. Cottage was clean, cozy, very enjoyable place to stay. Will stay there again on future visits.

This little house was perfect for us. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, and we walked to and from town in under 5 minutes. Love this area and loves the place!

This location was less than 1 mile from most places we needed to be for that weekend (we came to Ft. Collins for a wedding). The place was clean, as advertised, and coming/going was made simple with a keypad for the door. I had great communication with the owners and had no issues! Would stay here again if we come back!

Cheerfully decorated small house, could hold 4 comfortably (we were just two) in its two bedrooms. Within walking distance from Old Town Ft. Collins. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom. Sunny back room with table was used a lot to spread out maps and figure where we were going next. Comfortable front room with TV was used for relaxing in evening. One mechanical issue (blown circuit breaker) was handled quite promptly via text. A fine choice for you if you are interested in a first FOCO experience!

Such and easy and fun little spot. I loved walking the dogs at night and looking at the lovely neighborhood. I felt safe and loved going into town for a morning coffee.

A few friends, my wife and I stayed here for a bike race the other weekend. The location was incredible with it being walking distance to old town Fort Collins and less than a mile to New Belgium And a bunch of other breweries. The home itself was very clean, comfortable and provided more than you can ever need for a great stay. On top of that, the hosts were very easy to work with and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is in the perfect location for everything! We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping every day. We spent lots of time in old town as well as driving to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain national Park. Every morning I walked my dog around the neighborhood and felt very comfortable and safe. There were two very small issues we had to contact the homeowner about and they were very responsive and solved the problems very quickly. if we are back in Fort Collins, we would definitely want to stay in this home!

Perfect location for me, both daughters and grand babies live 5 minutes away. I was able to bring my dog who loved the neighborhood walks with town, breweries and library close by. I can’t wait to book it again. A GEM!

We absolutely loved this house right near Oldtown Fort Collins. A great base to setup for walking around and enjoying the town or taking a day trip up to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean and the hosts were extremely thoughtful and accommodating, making our trip tad enjoyable as it could be.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. That in itself should be enough. We love that we can bring our dogs with and the outdoor patio space is perfect for them and us to relax after a day of hiking. Horsetooth Reservoir and the ponds along the Poudre are our go tos for hiking. Being able to walk to Old Towne for dinner is also a plus. The house is clean, fun and has all the amenities we need. No doubt we will back again!!

A beautifully decorated respite while we visited family in Fort Collins. This charming home was updated and spotless. We loved the large cooktop island and cute dining area. The beds were super comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cocktails and meals. We loved it and plan to return.

We were a family of three visiting our son, who attends CSU. We loved this charming house. The house is a very short walk to Old Town and campus. We parked our rental and walked everywhere. The house is VERY well stocked with essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, the owners were great! They provided detailed information regarding the workings of the house and were very quick to answer questions. Don't hesitate to book!

We had 4 girls meet up in Colorado and we hadn't all been together in 3 years. We had a great time in this cozy house. It was just perfect!
We had everything we needed for comfortable night stays and all the cooking that we wanted to do - and when we didn't want to cook - PLENTY to do in just short distances from the house!

The house is clean, comfortable and had everything I needed! From coffee to a blow dryer to awesome seating options, I cannot think of anything to suggest to make it better. The location is fantastic! Close to Old Town and easy access to zoom around the city. The check in was super easy and even though I didn’t have any issues during my stay, I felt like if I needed help with anything it would be handled promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was more than ideal. The property itself is adorable and able to comfortably hold 4 people plus 3 dogs. The location was amazing with downtown only being a short 5-minute walk. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back again in the future!
