There will be room for the whole family to sit in front of the fire, play board games, or watch the large screen television, and gather around the dining table, which seats eight. There are doors to the deck and a covered porch from the living area, where there are chairs and table awaiting you for an al fresco meal. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric stove, and plenty of counter space and pull-up stools for more eating space. Another small deck (with a gas grill) adjoins the kitchen. There is a den/library and half half bath on the first floor, in addition to a queen size bedroom with en-suite bath. The master bedroom suite with king-sized bed, large closet, and full en-suite bath has a spectacular view of the ocean from the second floor. The second floor also features a second queen bedroom with its own en-suite bath, a single (twin) bedroom, with en-suite bath, and a large playroom/television room with a large trundle bed which can accommodate two. There is a full-sized laundry on this floor. Outside, there is a covered screened-in porch, a flagstone terrace adjacent to the house, and a wooden deck at the water's edge. The gardens are professionally landscaped. All rooms have spectacular views. The house is centrally heated for those chilly evenings. All linens are provided.
