About this house rental
Nestled in Silverthorne, this charming house for $392 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Weekly Special, "Buy 6, get the 7th Night FREE!" (some restrictions apply) 30+ day Rentals Welcome! Rates discounted for longer term stays. Beautiful new construction (2017) in newer high end neighborhood. Stunning views of Gore Range and local neighborhood pond across the street. This property has has 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 baths, large kitchen/living/dining area, and great for small families or couples traveling together. There are stunning panoramic mountain views of the Gore Range across the way and a small neighborhood pond across the street. There is another small neighborhood pond (North Pond) close to the entry of the adjacent neighborhood which is open to the public for ice skating/hockey in the Winter, and paddle boarding/kayaking in the Summer. This town home is spacious and spread out. The top level has the Master bed with a 4 poster King bed, private full bath with double vanity, granite counter tops and tiled shower with glass door. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath (shower/tub) in the hall. The loft is also on this level with a Double sleeper sofa, 42" 4K Smart TV and DVD player. Washer and Dryer here too! All bedding and mattresses are new, comfy and cozy! Going down to the Main level, you have the open kitchen/living/dining area, half bath and 3rd guest room. The bright open living area has large windows, a beautiful gas stone fireplace, leather sofa, decorative chairs and a 56" 4K Smart TV. The dining area has a large table for 8 and 3 breakfast bar stools, the deck off the living area has a gas grill and outdoor seating, and again, beautiful views of the Gore Range mountains! This is a great place to have morning coffee and/or happy hour cocktails! The 3rd guest room is on the main level also, has a new Queen bed, slider with views to the open spaces in the back (you might see some Colorado wildlife here!), private full bath with granite counter top double vanity and walk-in tiles shower. If you are traveling with young/small family members, there is a Pak-N-Play available for your use! As you make your way down 1 more level, you will now be on the ground floor, entry/garage level. There is a one car heated garage with plenty of additional space to store skis, boots, poles, fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, all kinds of gear! The property itself was beautiful and very clean. However Carrie had sent a message through VRBO stating there had been an error in the rate that was posted and informed us that we would have to pay more or else our reservation would be canceled. When i called Carrie she was very upset at VRBO but said she would honor the price that was listed. It is a beautiful property and has amazing views! Just be aware of a possible demand for rate increase after you've booked your trip. Upon looking into this it appears from another review that it is not the first time this has happened.

We stayed over Xmas for about a week with 5 adults and 1 infant. This is a very well maintained property with enough space to make it feel like a home. Kitchen was VERY well equipped and stocked with flatware, cooking equipment and staples like spices, oil, etc. I suspect folks might restock items and leave them behind; we did.
We appreciated the nice TV setup in the living room since we had football games we wanted to watch.
The view outside the deck is quite awesome.
Silverthorne is a bit lacking for shops and restaurants but Frisco and Breckenridge are close enough and provide better variety. We liked the quiet of Silverthorne.
Bedrooms, laundry and baths were quite nice and up to date.
Overall, a very nice place to stay.
Our property contact was very good to keep us informed about entry codes, etc. as the date approached. I had a minor question during our stay and she responded quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with.

Beautiful property with excellent views of the mountain from the living room and the bedroom.
The property was clean and well decorated. All the supplies were appropriately stocked up. The property manager was easy to contact. Even accommodated a 2 hour delay in check out. Will definitely consider to come back again.. it was truly a home away from home.

Cozy Cabin close to Keystone
We enjoyed the cozy cabin! The neighborhood was nice, the lake provided a beautiful view, and it was very convenient to Keystone for skiing. Our host was accommodating and great with communication.

Beautiful property
This is a beautiful property at a great location. It's well kept with plenty of amenities for families. The view of the pond from the balcony is great in the mornings and evenings. Property also has access to walking/biking trails by the river, as well as access to hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay here.

This was our third stay at this property. We feel, like this is our second home. We appreciate the area and the property greatly. Silverthorne has great hike trails and access to several other Colorado attractions. After being active all day, you could come back to this great home and fully relax. We enjoyed the stay again.

The place has anything you need and is close to ski resorts and shopping. The views are spectacular and we even saw three moose from the front window

Super clean and modern with everything you could need. We loved the location and of course the beautiful outlook from the front window. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with everything including sharp knives and beautiful cookware. Each room has comfy beds and a en-suite bathroom.
We loved our time at Angler Mountain. Highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

We visited for a family vacation and this could not have been a more perfect place. The views are amazing and the location is perfect to just about anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay anywhere near Silverthorne/Dillon/Frisco!

This property has it all. It is new and the furnishing are upscale yet comfortable with amble room for all.Looking out the front window you have a million dollar view water, mountains and wildlife.
We were in a perfect location close to everything Summit county has to offer. We are definitely coming back.

Mountain View’s are breathtaking from every window in this home. Property sits facing lake which is just beautiful. Everything about this property is simply Amazing! Would definitely love to stay here in the future, and recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale stay.

- Last but not least, we love the view. It's great to be in the mountains, and actually see the mountains from your living room. You wont want to leave.
