Situated in Murphys, this charming condo for $229 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Only 1 block from Main Street and the center of town where all of the great attractions Murphy's has to offer are available. Very quaint two bedroom, two bathroom house located on a quiet court. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The master bathroom has a shower/tub and the second bathroom has a shower stall. There is a nice covered patio in backyard for relaxing or dining outside. Amenities Include: kitchen with all appliances, cookware and necessary utensils, BBQ, washer & dryer and all linens.

Wonderful accommodations steps away from downtown Murphy. It was exactly as advertised- very clean and quiet. The owners stocked it with lots of linens, blankets, and family games. The doggy door with access to the enclosed small backyard was a nice surprise and made our dog very happy. We give this place 5 stars all the way!

What a beautiful clean property. The backyard is adorable and everything you need is there. The owners were quick to respond, and a joy to rent from. Murphys is such a cute town and downtown was within perfect walking distance from the home. I can’t say enough and I can’t wait to go back!

The home is cute and front room furniture was decent but…
The kitchen is need of window coverings that look out the front. Yes, no blinds or curtains. We can be seen into the kitchen and into the dinning table from out front. The kitchen is need of new appliances. The microwave door was broken however we took the chance and it worked. The inside was badly chipped . It was an older inexpensive one. Regardless it needs replacement. The Mr Coffee maker was ancient and didn’t work properly either. We wasted two pots of coffee trying to use it. The dishes were not clean. The glassware in the open book-self were dirty, lip marks & smudges on all. There wasn’t any type of disposable food baggies, wrap or foil. There wasn’t any dishwasher soap, just an empty container. The oven was disgusting with thick grease and crumbs. We weren’t happy having to cook in that kitchen but had no choice at that point. Even the bbq grill was filthy!
The rest of the house was ok. The bathrooms had disgustingly dirty toilet brushes next to the toilets. They need to be replaced and not in plain view for the house guests. I’m really not sure why I had to pay for the cleaning service because it surely doesn’t get cleaned well.
I had a question for the “owner” and emailed her the week prior to our stay with no response. After several days I then called and left a detailed message with again no response.
I feel this was very unprofessional of her.

We did a girls trip for my sister’s 60th birthday! Beautiful area, great location and walking distance to Main Street - wine tasting, restaurants, and Pour House (brewery and eatery). House is gorgeous, cozy, and comfortable.

Second time staying here, perfect walking distance, easy to carry back our wine hauls! We love staying here for that, and also just lounging and napping during our parental getaways! We are used to sleeping in a king bed, so it's nice to be able to kick my husband in the other room if he starts to snore! We will be back again, thank you! Owners were great about helping us reschedule when we had a child care switch as well, thank you!

Came for the Grape stomp with old friends and our dog. Doggy door and fenced in backyard were both great. Could use a few kitchen supplies like foil and baggies but otherwise great.

This house was perfect for us! It was absolutely spotless. It was nice and quiet there and we enjoyed the back porch, couldn’t see or hear any of the neighbors. A really nice relaxing getaway! It was located within walking distance close to town. We will definitely be staying here again!

Short walk to downtown! Great location and neighborhood. Clean and had everything needed. Bring your blender I did not find one there lol! Would recommend!

Nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Only minor problems...next door neighbor parked their large USV in front of the garage so I couldn't get by to park our car.
Only one coffee filter for the coffee maker. The morning we were leaving the bathroom door handle in master bathroom wouldn't just spin and didn't open...I almost got stuck in the bathroom! We left a note so the owner knew what happened.

Clean, Quiet, & Close
This was just what we needed. It’s a quiet little niche just a block off Main Street in Murphy’s. Can’t wait to come back and check it out more next time when we have more time. Love the little back patio and the spaciousness of the main living area. Owners were quick to respond and flexible with our arrival time. We’ll be back.
