Location. Bldg is on the Ocean. Great sugary-sand beach. Good snorkeling about 200 yds North, then go out 50+ yards

We were in 501. It appears that 601 has a leak in a sink drain or a water pipe. Water dripped down the cabinet front, then in to the stove burner - every day! Five of the sections of verticals blinds missing. Patio door would not lock. Dishwasher would not run. It took several calls to get things working.

I really didn’t appreciate that the info provided on Booking.com that they are not specific about where the rooms are located. It just say oceanfront, I booked a room under the impression that was getting oceanfront and I got back street view. When I called the the property management they said that is oceanfront, what they mean by that is that the building itself is ocean front which they were correct but that doesn’t apply to the units location, but like any other hotels or condos it states where the unit is located for exemple, some units are pool view, some are garden view and others shows partially ocean view or oceanfront, I am sure many people are getting confused about that misinformation. The blinds are all rusty and broken if you open it you can’t close it again, the mattress on the pull out couch was horrible. Price was reasonable, now I understand why. Not booking this again

We were on Maui for a family reunion in Kihei. The location was great.

We rented this place because it was one of the few places that advertised air conditioning. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work very well, barely giving out hardly any cold air. It took an hour to get the room comfortable and cool. Even more disappointing was that it was a portable a/c. The a/c in the living room however, was nice and cold.
