This Charming 2300 sqft., newly updated 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom home in the heart of town, is surrounded by stunning views and a running river. House has 2 kitchens, 2 floors, 2 separate living areas and sleeps 10 comfortably. The house has two separate entries, perfect for multiple families or couples, wanting to have their own private space. Walk to shops, restaurants, Uncompaghre River, and all the amenities Ouray has to offer. Close to all the outdoor activities to enjoy in Colorado, such as hiking, jeeping, biking, kayaking, skiing, and Box Canyon Falls. Very close walk to the park. Took the kiddos there everyday during our stay. House was clean and spacious, loved the huge patio. The only thing I would suggest if you have little ones is bringing some baby gates for the staircase inside and the patio entrances (we ended up using the patio furniture and our coolers to block off the stairs). Would definitely stay again on our next trip! :)

Convenient 5 minute walk to Main Street and Hot Springs. House has no air conditioning, like most on Colorado, but opening the windows for air means inviting the gnats. Thankfully they dont bite. Otherwise this house is a lovely comfortable place for a vacation stay in beautiful Ouray. Love the jetted tub downstairs for days when we didn't want to walk to the springs.

This house was the perfect size with the amenities that you need, plus items you may have forgotten:) very comfortable furniture and beds and the bathroom showers/tubs perfect. Great information about the house and area. When we come back to Ouray, we will be looking to book this house again. Oh, great to watch deer too!!

Such a perfect place for a few families to gather up for a long weekend of sunshine, relaxing, and ice climbing. Easy walks to both the playground and town made it easy for kids of all ages to stay entertained. Property had everything we needed for our group of which ranged in ages 8 weeks to 41 years!

This is our 2nd time staying here and still love it. It’s a very short walk to the Hot Springs Pool, the park (you can see the park from the back deck), and town. Loved sitting outside on the big porch every morning drinking coffee & watching the sunrise over the mountain. The evenings were just as wonderful :-)
The house was spotless, communication with the host was excellent, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with. We didn’t want to leave but we can’t wait to go back and stay at Casa De Springs Ouray!!

This house worked really well for our two small families traveling together. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was and had no problem cooking there. The location is great - you can walk to the hot springs or into town for shopping/food easily.

The house was in the perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. It is a great property and the kids loved playing on the grass in front and back. Communication with the owner was easy and check in/checkout was seamless. The description on Vrbo is accurate and we will definitely be staying again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house has a great location for everything in Ouray as well for hiking trips in Telluride. It is well stocked including extra fans for those hot August afternoons. The views from outside porch for dinner meals were the best! The kids enjoyed the downstairs TV area. We looked forward to hopefully seeing the deer every evening. We can’t wait to come back to Ouray.

We’ve been coming to Ouray for the last 7 years and this was our second year renting this beautiful house. It’s in a prime location for hiking, going to the park or hot springs and walking distance to town. We will definitely be back next year!
