Nestled in Geneva-on-the-Lake, this lovely condo for $274 per night is a great choice for your next trip. ***Don’t see the dates you need? Be sure to check my other listing, VRBO# 2182042*** The pool is OPEN! This is a DIRECT LAKEFRONT CONDO and not all units at Lake Erie Vista have a direct lakefront view. This is a 1st floor, 2nd level unit with a balcony. No steps from parking lot to unit. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved. ***FEATURES: • Secure entry into the building and condo unit • Large great room with Wi-Fi, cable, smart TV, and fireplace. • Formal dining room seats 6. • Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and traditional coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats 2. • Full size laundry room • Many closets, hardwood floors. • Master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma TV, and relaxing mood LED lighting integrated into the crown modeling. • The second bedroom has a queen bed and plasma TV. • There is an Italian Contempo tiled vertical spa shower (6 shower heads) in the master bath and an air jet tub in the hall bath. ***YOU CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE FOLLOWING: • Sunset taxi and wine tours (call ahead for services/hours) • The Loft at Indian Creek (full bar, several TVs and sit down dining) Open year round but hours may be limited in off season • Gas station and convenience store open year round • Putt Putt and ice cream during peak season ***WITHIN A 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE: • Geneva-on-the-Lake strip with arcades, restaurants, putt and putt and more during peak season •Adventure Zone (putt putt, batting cages, bumper boats, zip-lining) • Geneva State Park • Canopy tours and kids’ adventure courses ***We DO provide the following: Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bedding, towels, hair dryer, blankets and dishes/cookware/utensils/glassware. ***We DO NOT provide bath soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, toothpaste, razors, etc ***A noise aware system is installed in the unit. It measures decibel level only and notifies me if it gets too loud, it does not record any conversations.. ***The hot water tanks in these condos are smaller than a normal house, so you may need to plan/ scatter showers accordingly.

The condo was beautiful with a fantastic view of Lake Erie from the Living room and dining room. There was also a balcony that we would have used more had it not been so cold the weekend we stayed. We like the area with it's wineries and the Loft across the street along with the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip shops and restaurants. There is a grocery store and gas station directly across the street. My communication(s) with the property manager was pleasant and he answered any questions and gave us information to enter the property and parking info in a timely manner. We did not use the pool as we were out of the condo a lot of the time, but that is an extra perk. We will definitely stay in this condo again in the future!!!

The view was wonderful. I love the private beach. The condo has everything you need. It would have been nice to have better sheets on the queen bed. The fitted sheet was thin and kept coming off the mattress corners. Also I wish there were instructions on how to use some of the "modern" conveniences that we were not used to. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Overall, beautiful condo. I was very impressed by the balcony overlooking the private beach. You could sit at least eight people out there. The living room was so comfortable, especially with the fireplace. Both bathrooms were phenomenal. I enjoyed the jetted bathtub, bedrooms were very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Great location, no noise from other units, spacious balcony with a great view, awesome primary bathroom shower, walk-in closet space to stash suitcases and hang clothes, and nice appliances. Girlfriends all in agreement we gave it a four thumbs up!👍👍👍👍

The location of the condo was perfect for touring the area wineries. The condo had a great view of lake Erie. We could see the storms come across the lake. The condo itself was comfortable, roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice to have TVs in all the rooms as well.

The condo is just beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It is in a very convenient spot -- not too far from the strip. The owner almost always got back to me with answers to my questions within an hour or two. A wonderful vacation spot!

This property is gorgeous, and has a stunning view of the lake. The condo came equipped with all the amenities, towels, stocked kitchen, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and a full sized refrigerator that dispensed both water and ice. The condo was immaculately clean, and everything was in great shape, and well maintained. The beach below is steps away from the condo, has a small pier to fish off of, and many well built sturdy chairs to sit and watch the sunset. I loved to sit on the balcony with the chairs provided and watch the sun go down.
This unit is so impressive, I wanted to purchase it to live in myself. Alas, the unit is not for sale. I definitely will return over and over again.

Overall, my stay was great. I have never been to this area before.
The owner of the property is extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. I had a little trouble at check in because there is basically no cell service, so I could not pull up the needed information from my phone. I had to drive off property to get cell service in order to retrieve what I needed. So just a heads up if you go there, you may want to do that.
The unit is large, updated, and has beautiful views with the large windows and doors, and a nice patio to sit on.
In terms of the unit itself, I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. I know that when you’re constantly having people stay who don’t own or really care about the property, it’s probably hard to keep up with things, but I found the unit just to be really beat up. The light plates and light switches were basically black and pretty gross to touch. The baseboards and walls or just sort of beat up from people not caring about how they treat the place.
The toilet in the hallway bathroom was “okay” clean, but it is clear to me that whoever cleans this unit does not clean the base around the toilet. It was very disgusting.
My only other two negatives on this property were that there’s a pair of binoculars in the unit that I was excited to use, but they are completely broken, and there are no windows in the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at Geneva on the lake. The condo was very nice, comfortable,clean, and a great location. We loved overlooking the lake on the balcony and while we didn’t use the pool it, looked very nice and warm! We will be back and would love to stay here again!

The property was perfect for 2 couples staying together to enjoy the wineries around Lake Erie. The host was very responsive to any questions.

This unit was just what we needed for a little spring break getaway. The size was ideal, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We drove a few minutes to the Geneva State Park to complete a personal wine-themed 5K for charity and also visited Laurentia, Spring Hill, and Stonegait wineries, which were all within a reasonable driving distance. Shuttle information was provided in the condo as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo provided all the necessary items for cooking/baking as well as a coffee maker and Keurig! The extra pillows and blankets were a welcomed bonus. The convenience of the store across the street was also most beneficial. We will definitely be requesting this condo again!

Perfect spot for my brother and I and spouses to celebrate our anniversaries. The condo was great with no steps for us on the first floor but still a wonderful view of the lake. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend and highly recommend this condo! The location is great, beautiful condo with comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the lake and plenty of space! The livingroom also had comfortable couches and the condo had everything we needed! We definitely plan on staying again.

Fabulous find on the lake. Loved the location, ease of parking, and access to GOTL,Geneva wineries,restaurants etc. Unit is clean and well-kept with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the beach on the property immensely.

This property was perfect for the 3 of us. Beautiful beach and great view. Felt very safe and secure and loved the location. The condo had upgraded finishes and fixtures. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was nice even though we never cooked. We didn't swim in the indoor pool. There were people enjoying it but I thought the water looked a bit cloudy. Loved the little beach with all the chairs and the firepits. We plan on booking again next year! I did leave a couple things behind and I am hoping that they can be sent to me. I will pay the shipping. The area was so fun and the host made some great dining recommendations.

I absolutely loved our unit. It was very welcoming and clean. The view of the lake was fantastic. Everything was so convenient. Our host Mike Fiorelli was awesome. We found that the coffee maker was working our first morning. One text to Mike and within 1 1/2 hours he delivered us a new one. He made a special trip to Wal-Mart and by 9:00 a.m. we were drinking coffee ☕️on our balcony looking at the lake. Mike also called us shortly after we checked out to let us we left our jackets hanging up. His quick action saved us quite a few miles of backtracking. Our overall experience was EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Perfect Mini Vacation Spot!
I don’t know how much I can say that this is the perfect little place to have a getaway if you want to stay in Ohio. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful! It was a perfect spot to look out at Lake Erie and it’s not right in the middle of the strip where it’s busy. Our family stayed mainly on their private beach and we even grilled out one day. We didn’t get to take advantage of the fishing or the bonfire but we do plan on coming back sometime in the next few years. Definitely want to hit up the wineries on our return. Maybe when our kids are a little older. We loved it and I’m looking forward to our return! Thank you to the owner, Michael!
