This 2 bedroom 2 bath 1384 sq ft condo is clean and brightly decorated with a great floor plan(the bedrooms are in the back). We offer spectacular ocean views from the 5th floor, that can be enjoyed from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your entertaining and cooking needs. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. We have WiFi through out the building. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, shower and dressing area as well as its own lanai overlooking the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds . We have a very active complex in the winter, with an assortment of activities planned for everyone. There is just no better way to spend your hard earned vacation. Come and enjoy our beautiful white sandy beaches and relax to the music of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is calling.... This unit was great for a getaway week with friends. We visit new Smyrna Beach every year and have done so for the past 20 some years. We’ve stayed at various homes, condos and town houses over the years and this location was great. once you stay in an oceanfront location you will never want to stay anywhere else. This particular unit was clean and fully stocked with essentials like K cups m, coffee creamer and many spices and similar items for your stay, which is very nice. The four of us enjoyed our week immensely between the beautiful ocean and the condo pool. We had a wonderful week. Barb and Doug were very attentive to any issue that arose during our stay or any questions that we had. I would return to this unit and may do so next year if it’s available. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time in Barb and Doug’s condo. We appreciated how well stocked the condo was. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. There were spices to cook with and condiments in the refrigerator. The view is absolutely gorgeous. There was free parking in garage which was so nice since it was very hot outside. New Smyrna beach is a great smaller town beach. We will be back!

The condo was as described, spotless (didn't even see one grain of sand) and had everything you needed as soon as you walked in. Barb will bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need and that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Basically ditto to all the other positive reviews here.

We love to vacation in Florida and have stayed many many places over the past 12 years. Our first requirement is ocean front ON the beach. The pictures posted showed this but was it far better in real life than the pictures showed. I was able to see the ocean and dolphins every day out the full length windows. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the evening storms display their power as they made their way out to sea. The views are incredible. We relaxed by sitting with our toes in the sand as the waves gently caressed them. We were even fortunate to see a spacecraft launch one evening from NASA. The condo was the best equipped and supplied that we’ve ever stayed in. It was stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly need -beach chairs, towels, toys, plenty of dishes and cookware, even containers for leftovers. Yay!!! The beds were comfortable, the living area was well furnished, and the little sun porch was delightful. Barb definitely takes pride in making her guests feel welcome and at home. She texted with all the check in information, explained our easy to remember personal code, checked on us as we traveled down and made sure we arrived back home safely after our vacation was over. It was like she was a dear friend. I would highly recommend staying here to my friends and look forward to returning. Thank you for a truly wonderful relaxing vacation. Beach life in NSB is just the best.

Beautiful beach, Cozy condo

Summer Mini Get Away!
We had a fabulous time in this oceanfront condo. The views are breathtaking! The condo is very clean, well stocked and the owner is very, attentive, thoughtful and kind. The property was very well maintained. The pool was never crowed and the beach was beautiful and the occupancy was mostly families. The condo is very close to lots of good restaurants. Simply AMAZING!
We had a fabulous stay at this condo! It is very clean, FABULOUS views, great space for family and friends, the pool is big and very clean (well kept), the grounds/property are well maintained, easy and quick access to the beach, beautiful sunrise views right out the condo sliding glass doors! Communication with Barb and Doug is stellar! They are THE BEST! It is the most well-stocked place we have ever stayed! They think of everything and make the stay easy and relaxing! Don't hesitate to book this! We WILL be back!

Relaxing get away
I wanted to get away and relax with my 4 grown daughters. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful weather, good food and lots of laughs. We will be back soon! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with our family!!

A little piece of paradise
From the start of making our reservation until we left the condo, Barb was in contact to see what we needed. They were ready to drop everything to come over if we noticed something that was wrong. I am happy to say there was nothing to be taken care. They have a well stocked kitchen and coffee available until we could get to the grocery store. The pictures if the condo, I have to say, do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is there. If you are like us and want to spend time in the surf we found several places to rent boogie boards and surf boards. We had the sliding doors open and the ac off all week and enjoyed the breeze. The beds were very comfortable. They had warned us about the work being done on the building. They started work at 8am and finished by 4pm. We had no problems with the activity. Many restaurants and shopping down the road. Daytona is a short drive away. We really felt at home the entire week. Major tourist attractions are just about an hour away. We are looking forward to our next trip down and will definitely plan to stay here if available.

Wonderful Host
The condo is updated and beautifully decorated. The owner makes you feel like an old friend from the moment you make initial contact. We had a terrific time in NSB - this ocean front condo gave us the perfect space to visit the area. We were off every day enjoying golf, visiting, shopping, and trying some terrific restaurants. We were right on the beach and enjoyed walks on the sand - they also have a very large pool. We even witnessed a distant rocket launch one evening. An all around great spot for your trip to New Smyrna Beach.

Amazing view, location on beach and host!
Our stay at Barb and Doug’s condo was incredible! The condo is beautiful with an amazing view in the kitchen of the ocean. The beach is a 30 second walk away! Barb and Doug are amazing hosts! They just want the place to feel like home for every guest. They had great communication throughout our entire week and were so sweet! New Smyrna Beach is beautiful and so relaxing. Stay here!
