central location, very clean

I spent New Year's in Seville with a friend. We chose this property because it had separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (just one shower). The apartment has a large living room for entertaining, and the beds were comfortable. The location is superb — downtown and within walking distance of tourist destinations, shops, restaurants, and bars. Our host was helpful and communicative. We had a lovely stay!

The shower was EXTREMELY small. There was barely enough room to bend over and pick up a shampoo bottle. My friend and I are both short so we made it work, but I could see this being a problem for taller people. The apartment is on the ground floor and there's a bar right outside that doesn't close until very late. We both wore earplugs so the noise didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper or an early riser, this could be an issue.

The location is awesome, a couple minutes walk from the city centre

Shower very small tight fit. Tap easily knocked and water would run cold. Could not open curtains as on the same level as people passing by. Would not call it a luxurious apartment.

Unwelcome property

atmosphere, extremely noisy location. Not working appliances, not well equipped. Curtains could not be opened as the room was on the street literally

Location

- Multiple power outages, with multiple electrician visits - air conditioning did not work - no hot water after first shower. No hot water for 3 days, is unacceptable

Extremely clean!! Great location.
