Check in ging zügig und mein Zimmer war vor 13 Uhr schon bezugfähig.
Leider war die Sauberkeit des Bettes bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Spannbetttuch war zwar frisch, jedoch wurden Kissen- und Deckenbezug offenbar nicht gewechselt. Das habe ich daran bemerkt, dass sich mehrere Haare auf dem Kissen und der Decke befanden. Zudem war das Kissen leicht gelblich verfärbt, roch nach Schweiß und wirkte nicht frisch.
Ich habe daraufhin die Reinigungskraft angesprochen. Sie reagierte sofort freundlich und stellte mir umgehend frische Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Dafür möchte ich mich bedanken. Dennoch sollte die Bettwäsche vor jedem neuen Gast vollständig gewechselt werden.
