The hotel was well situated and was very helpful in assisting me. They have early check-in (at a fee) and the process to check in and check out was seamless. The restaurant is open 24/7, which is helpful if you need food at a time when everything else is closed. It was decent food too. The bed was comfortable and there were basics supplied in the room (body wash, tissues, tea & instant coffee).
The rooms were small compared to other hotels in the area. It was a continental breakfast, so do not expect to have much in the way of hot food.

- location is very good, within walking distance to S Bahn and bus stations. Also 30 mins walk to Hauptbahnof which is great!
- reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their support during our short stay.
- the room is comfortable, has everything you would need.
- the shared space at the reception is amazing for work!
- very good wifi.
- the room was overall clean but there were moldy spots in the shower which wasn't great.
- the bathroom is quite small (especially the shower).
